The whole team at Sentry Exteriors were great to work with! We needed seamless gutters installed on our new house and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Sentry. Krystal's customer service was exceptional. She scheduled for Ben to come out and give us an estimate in just a day and she was able to schedule our initial install in just a matter of days. When we needed to reschedule due to product delays (Covid related, not Sentry related) and then from weather due to hurricane Ida, she promptly kept us informed and was able to keep the delays to the absolute minimum. Ben was super knowledgeable about everything gutter related, and when he and Ryan came to do the install, they were quick, efficient, professional, and left the job site clean and tidy. If we ever need gutter work done again, we will definitely call Sentry first!

From the scheduling to the completion of the job, this company was top-notch. The team even identified some additional issues that I had with my home where water had damaged some siding. They brought it to my attention and were quick to complete the repairs. I am very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them.

Great Service!

These guys came to clean the gutters. Went right to work. After doing the work, the lead man (owner?), reduced the price because he said the quote was too high. I have never had that happen. The reverse has been true. They were all very respectful and courteous. If this is any indication represents their business ethics, they should hold seminars for other operations. I don't recommend things to people, however I do tell them about my experiences. In this case it was very, very good.

Very professional, great communication, customer service, job well done. I do recommend looking over the job before they leave to make sure they remembered to complete everything because they forgot a few things but were able to finish it without any issues when I pointed it out. There is also a warrantee period of there are any issues.

Ben and Ryan came to clean out a clogged downspout, which they did. While at my house, they looked at a leaky gutter in a corner over my porch steps. They had to come back to fix the problem because it started to rain, but I was only charged for their original visit. I liked them, their work, their price. They are efficient, with very good senses of humor. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in the Charlottesville/ Ruckersville area.

I wanted gutters and downspouts installed on two utility sheds. After getting ridiculous quotes for the two sheds, one 8X10 and the 10X14 and a total of 4 downspouts, I settled on Sentry Exteriors. What a pleasure to deal with. They came out and quickly and professionally installed the gutters and downspouts, I highly recommend them.
