At 80 years old and a woman living alone, I managed to escape from a Lowe's inspector who insisted that ALL my gutters needed replaced and covers needed. He offered no option and the cost was $1600. Thank goodness you sent me Ben Novak. Here's a young man doing everything right to make a success of his business with honesty and good work. He replaced, beautifully, only gutters that were damaged for less than $400. There IS still hope for the world.
