Description of Work: He cleaned out my dryer vent, replaced the vent door on the outside of the house and replaced the hose attachment from the dryer to the vent. I thought a bird had gotten in and got trapped but none was found. I've had birds in there building nests in the past. He gave me options and prices, I made the decision about what I wanted done and he told me what he was doing every step of the way. He had to work some outside in the pouring rain and did so without complaint. Job well done. He was thorough and professional.

Description of Work: Paul came out and did a complete overview of my existing venting system. Since it was installed in 2002, the plastic venting was no longer to code and a terrible fire hazard. He completely changed out all the tubing, bringing it up to code. He also saved me a little bit of $ by describing to me how to clean out my dryer myself, which I did the next day - good thing - gobs of lint stuck all through the back of the unit. VERY fair price for getting my venting system up to code and virtually fire proof. I am very grateful and now feel safe and sound!

Description of Work: Called Paul to clean dryer vent but decided we should re-route vent line to reduce run about 50%. Very professional and considerate; comp'd several minor tasks, as well. Kept me apprised of his schedule and expected arrival. Outside caulking was not quite adequate and had to be supplemented immediately after he left, but overall a very good job.

He was extremely responsive, called the day before to confirm, and actually came out a little early to accommodate my work schedule.  + -1 morePaul arrived on time for the appointment. Had a very limited window for appointment day and time and Paul was able to accommodate my needs. He reviewed and gave an estimate of the cleaning and spent about 4 hours carefully cleaning and doing the job. The cleaning of the dryer vent system was a more complex job than just a straight cleaning. The dryer itself is not located on an outside wall, therefore the dryer vent is very long and requires special tools which Paul came equipped with on his truck. I felt very confident in his work as Paul seemed very knowledgable and kept me up to date through the process. **a big plus was that he even cleaned up everything.** Last time had dryer vent cleaned, the technician did not have correct tools and let me more of a mess than when started and I should have done the job myself. Paul was wonderful! Paul advised due to amount of laundry done, should have vent cleaned once a year verses every two years to keep dryer in peak condition and keep electric bill down. Paul was recommended to me by my dryer repair person and I would recommend Paul to all my friends that need a dryer vent cleaning.
