Description of Work: Brown was very responsive to my request for service. Then upon arriving at my house to treat the inside and outside, they took the time to walk me through how to keep bugs away from the house in the long run.

Description of Work: Peformed as advertised. In fact, we signed on for 6 months of treatment, hence the $210 charge. Very good company and technicians to work with.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with carpenter ants inside and outside my home. The agent explained exactually what they would use and that it would need to be reapplied for a few months to combat the situation. The company did return the next month and will continue to monitor this problem. I was very satisified with them and will continue to use this company.

Description of Work: Dave Conway called back immediately, and was here the next day. We've used Brown's service before, and have always been pleased. Dave is a very pleasant personable person to work with, and our black widow and cricket problem seems to be resolved. Brown's uses organics for pest control and we feel comfortable using this method. We used Brown's for a termite problem several years ago. I would recommend them for any pest control problem!
