Description of Work: We have mice in the kitchen. The exterminator came to the house, provides some advise and sold us mouse traps. The advice was free, the traps cost a bit.

Description of Work: We made an appointment for Browns to check my home for bugs. The day of the appointment was raining, so we were asked to move it to the next day, which we accommodated. The day of the rescheduled appointment, we were expecting someone around 2pm. By 2:45 no on he shown and we did not receive a call from Browns, so we called to check the status of arrival. We were told they would call back. At 3:40, a truck/tech arrived for the inspection. Having received no call from Browns, I sent him away, explaining that the service and communication was very unprofessional. I had no faith in the reliability of Browns and would not hire them for my needs.

Description of Work: On the outside of the house bug spray was applied and ant burrows were exterminated. On the inside and at patio doors bug spray was used to prevent pests such as roaches. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and helpful. |

Description of Work: I employeed a different exterminator for three years, and our ant problem persisted, along with roaches and spiders. Brown came and did a thorough job of eradicating the ants. I haven't seen one ant since he sprayed.

I find them extremely responsive; I?ve even had the manager come out when a regular technician wasn?t available. They are informative and they have made suggestions that I have depended on but they don?t push anything.
Description of Work: Brown Exterminating does my pest control and they come once a month. They put down a preventative infestation material instead of just spraying.
