Description of Work: We had an infestation of ants that were so small you could hardly see them. We used commercial traps and homemade poison we found on the internet. They were winning! The Company man told us what he would do and that it would take two week for us to see the completed results. We are at the end of week one and everything is on course.

Description of Work: Used organic insecticide both inside and outside to treat two different pests.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem correctly. Scheduled the treatment and, although this was more challenging than expected, stayed with the problem until it was solved. Gave advice for follow-up and encouraged calls as needed.

Description of Work: They came by to look for termites. Turns out they were not termites, but earwigs. They gave me an honest assessment, and there was no fee. It is nice to have an honest provider who tells the truth rather than sell an unnecessary service.

Description of Work: Checked where I thought there might be some termites. Turned out they were carpenter bees. The gentleman was very helpful and if I had any work of this nature, I'd call him again.

Description of Work: George came out and spent an hour working on our carpenter bee problem, then came back out a week later to take care if sugar ants that weren't there before, and didn't even charge us! I will use him again. A very kind and professional company, reasonably priced.

Description of Work: George did a very good job. We should have paid an additional cost, due to the size of our home, but he did not charge any extra fee. We intend to use their ongoing pest control service.

Description of Work: George contacted me promptly and arrived on time. He explained exactly what they were going to do and how the chemicals they used worked. He treated the exterior of my home for ants and told me to call back in 2 weeks if I still saw any. I did have to call back and he sent someone over to treat both the interior and exterior again without charge. Unfortunately, I am continuing to have an ant problem so I'm not sure if their product is not effective or my ant problem is too intense.

He did the special service and then took care of the carpenter bees. I believe he treated 17-20 holes. He could not have been more professional and I would definitely use them again.
