On the day of the installation, Zach from Quality Water came promptly on time and was done within 3hrs installing the water softener and RO. He did the water test, installed the softener and under the sink RO for us. He explained everything about the equipment and how to maintain them. I did not expect much as I did not think it would make much difference. But from the first drink I was amazed at how much the difference in taste it was. They did a great job of install and at less than 1/2 the price of the other guy I had an estimate from. I would highly recommend Quality Water.

Randy spoke to me over the phone and explained how his company worked, their product and his installation process. He answered various questions that I had for him in great detail even prior to coming out to the house. When he did the consultation (which was free) he took over 30-40 minutes to describe my options and how everything worked. He tested my water and answered questions and provided a quote. I later called back and asked more questions prior to making a decision which he quickly answered. The installation process took about an hour-1.5 hours and he did a good job of explaining how evertyhing worked. A week later I had to call back as my water was still not 100% clear (but he explained it would take time) he walked me through how to fix it and stayed with me over the phone until it was done. That cleared up the problem and I have not had any issues since. Randy wrote on our invoice that we have a 1 year money back satisfactory performatch guarentee or our money back as well as a lifetime warranty on the system and a 5 year warranty on parts. He also explained were we can buy the salt we will need to fill the tanks with every 3 monhts. I love my system and the service randy provided. I highly recommend the service!

Randy always patiently answers my calls during the year when I have questions about the system he installed in 2004 - which are things I can never remember he told me before. The annual reminders to service the system keep me on track and the charge is reasonable for the time he spends on the unit. Randy keeps my dad's unit going as well - and it's been in place longer than mine.

Randy sent his assistant (Sean? John? - sorry) to look over our malfunctioning water softener that was installed by another company several years ago. We called Randy because he sold us some replacement water treatment cylinders earlier this year (rust remover; ph neutralizer) when the other company wanted to sell us something ridiculously overpriced. Randy offered a fair price and came highly recommended. I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone is very professional and hard-working. They show up when they say they will and offer fair prices. We recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had used Randy from Quality Water for 2 years for routine maintenance on my potassium-permanganate well water system before this recent upgrade. I had always been impressed with Randy: he's always punctual, answers all my questions (I ask a lot!) and is a hard worker. He has never tried to upsell me or pressure me to change my system. During this year's annual maintenance visit (I'm a big believer in preventive maintenance), I casually mentioned how I hated the smell of my water, but I thought that was normal for being on a well. Randy assured me that that wasn't true, and told me about an injected air system that would remove the hideous sulfur smell from my water. He installed three computer-controlled heads (they determine the backwash schedule based on water consumption), installed a new tank, rerouted PVC plumbing (including some at my request to make an electrical outlet more accessible), removed the old tank from my home, and worked hard for at least 5-6 hours. I was skeptical that the water would be truly odor-free, but was desperate and willing to risk it. I am happy to report that my water quality now exceeds my wildest hopes. It is odor-free and tastes great. My washing machine doesn't smell when filling up, and my kids no longer dread bath time because of the rotten-egg stench. The money I spent was well worth it. I left the amount blank because each individual's setup will be different. His prices are competitive. I can't say enough good things about Randy and Quality Water!

We requested estimates and water testing around august for a new water treatment system for our newly purchased home. They came out tested the water and gave us an estimate for the cost of the new system. In October we were able to call and setup an install date. The install went great. Initially I was concerned because they suggested to use PVC pipe for the water, which can cause health issues. I explained this and that we wanted to use copper. I'm sure it was a bit more work than the PVC but I'm really grateful for Randy's willingness to keep the copper. We had a two tank system put in, an Acid Neutralizer and a Water Softener. We could have done Iron but it was negligible so we opted not to. We've been using this system for over a month now and it is great. The water isn't hard, doesn't come out brown due to the acid, and iron in the water. Really soft on the skin for taking showers and washing dishes.
