The project wasn't supposed to take as long as it did. Sadly, there were a problem along the way but nothing major. The biggest issue Suncrest Builders has is communication. Their workers are wonderful, both polite and clean. There was only 1 of the workers that I didn't care for and he only painted the walls so it wasn't a big deal. The problem we had was with picking out the mantel. We had said early on that we wanted the reclaimed barn wood mantel that had been suggested to us by John. They dropped the ball on getting the mantel on time due to the lack of communication both with us and their team. Because of that, the project was delayed until the mantel was in. Thankfully, they understood their problem and hired someone to help prevent these communication issues in the future. I think that was a very upstanding thing that they did and even brought the new hire to our house to meet us and get a better understanding of the project. Their prices were more than reasonable. We had gotten several quotes and none of them were truly honest with us. Some of them included a tile allotment, no painting, lied about being able to replaced the fireplace, etc. Suncrest Builders was honest and were able to admit what they could and couldn't do. We have a prefab fireplace. We wanted to replace the firebox but when we were unable to, they gave us options that would still give us the look we wanted. Now we have an amazing living room basement. We used to HATE going downstairs and now that's the only place we want to be. Our friends love it and so do we. We can't wait for them to do our next remodel!
Description of Work: We had Suncrest Builders remodel our basement in our split foyer home. They removed all of the vinyl tile throughout the entire basement, removed the fake wood paneling and removed the horrible fireplace. In return, they replace the vinyl tile with ceramic tile throughout the entire basement. This includes into the bathroom, the hallway area, and the entire laundry room. They also replaced several areas of water damaged drywall. On top of all of that, they replaced the rear entrance door and our bi-fold closet door (neither of which ever worked in the first place). The removed wood paneling was finished with drywall and included a fantastic wooden shelf with trim. They also moved some electrical and built out a wall so that we could hang a TV from it. The wall now has an inset outlet and conduit for the cabling to run all hidden behind the wall. The amazing part is what they did to the fireplace. The fireplace hearth and mantel was replaced with stone tile all the way up to the ceiling, a new custom hearth, and a reclaimed barn wood mantel. Even the trim that intersects with the tile of the fireplace makes it look like the house was built around the fireplace. It's truly an amazing piece of art. To finish the project off, they painted our walls and all the doors. Their quality of work was absolutely amazing!!!! We're planning on using them again for several other projects!!

John Cantrall and Suncrest Builders stood by our remodeling project even when times were tough. ALL but one aspect of our job went extremely well. Suncrest 'sstaff and all but one of the subcontractors were outstanding. The team was on time, very skilled and creative, had strong communication skills, friendly, etc. One of the subcontractors caused at least $20K in damages because of poor work. Suncrest stopped working with this subcontractor (they had worked with them for years and had no previous issues with this sub), brought new subcontractors to fix all issues at their expense, and ate the costs of the physical damage caused by this sub. In addition, I firmly believe that Suncrest provided ?extra? free work in other areas of the project not related to the problem areas to compensate us for our troubles. I would absolutely use Suncrest again. We know how they?ll handle the job when things go bad?many times contractors just walk off the job. John?s proposal was more thorough than any other we received and he had several creative ideas that added value to our project (i.e. if you want sky lights ask for the design he developed). Lastly, they estimated 4-6 months for the project and delivered in 4 months!
Description of Work: Our project converted our existing garage to a rec room and added on a 475 square foot in-law suite and a new two car garage.
My wife and I decided to remodel our recently purchased home, doing significant upgrades to our bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom. After going through three of four contractor interviews, we finally found Suncrest Builders. Suncrest Builders was the first company that we came across that had the policy of "you buy the material, we supply the labor" policy - something that we definitely wanted. So many of the other contractors who bid on our project would only supply material that you purchased via their suppliers; which did not always appeal to our tastes. Keep in mind the material you provide are the ?visible? items, such as vanities, mirrors, lights, cabinets, and not the items such as pipes, wires, etc. From the beginning, John Cantrall, the owner of the company, has been intimately involved in the remodeling process. From initial design of what we wanted to accomplish, to referring us to suppliers of material (Fergunson's, Tile Shop, etc), and using the Suncrest Builder discount, he was there to help guide us. He met with our designer, made plenty of suggestions, and dealt with my insistent questioning of how things would be done =) When we finally decided on a design, John provided an extremely detailed quote; everything from demo, framing, plumbing and electrical costs. From there, my wife and I reviewed the quote and decided what work we would get done, or what we would have to pass on for later; e.g., do we have Suncrest do the Hardwood floors, or build a deck, or focus on the bathrooms and kitchen? After going back and forth for a week, determining what work would be done, we signed the order and submitted back to Suncrest. Work started fairly promptly after we signed and proceeded at a moderate pace throughout the process. There were some hiccups along the way, either we would submit change orders, or communication lines would be crossed. However, in the end, we ended up with a wonderful looking master bathroom, guest bathroom, new walk in closet, and a great looking kitchen. Pros o Great personalities and people who work for the company o Suburb quality craftsmanship and attention to detail o Very detailed quotes that you can modify based on your budget goals o No charges for change orders o You can use their discounts for vendors, such as the Tile Shop o You buy what you want, and they figure out how to install it properly o They obtain permits and approvals throughout the process o Small company that does not sub-contract out their work, with the exception of electrical and some plumbing. This is a huge plus, but it also has a negative effect. o Most employees have a specific trade they work on, and they do it extremely well. Again, this is a plus, but it can also cause delays. o We have additional projects we want to work on in our house, and we will be asking Suncrest to come back and work those jobs. I have already referred Suncrest to two co-workers, which shows the trust I have in them to do a good job, since I am putting my own reputation on the line. Cons o Communication was not always the best in the early ? mid portions of the job, however, they definitely improved towards the end. I believe this is something they are going to continue improving upon. o Delays to the completion of the job. While not always Suncrest?s fault, there were periods that we did not feel enough focus was given to us. However, since Suncrest is a smaller company that does not sub-contract their work, time-delays are inevitable because of other on-going projects.
Description of Work: o Design work o Remodeled two bathrooms from ground and studs o Built a new closet o Installed new doors o Painting o Remodeled Kitchen
The work started on time. We had one individual assigned to our job that was present most of the time as a working ?superintendent? to interface with the other trades and help with coordination. A field superintendent was at the site about once a week to review issues and responded to our concerns. It was a complex job with lots of coordination issues that were handled without incident. The job did drag on about two weeks long than we had anticipated and no schedule was ever produced to allow us to judge. A small issue with the stove installation, some planning issues and a lack of clear schedule were my only concerns. Overall it was a good experience and we love the end result. I would not hesitate to use Suncrest again.
Description of Work: Major Kitchen Remodel The kitchen was completely removed, several small walls demolished and one relocated. New back door installed. One double door removed and a window installed in its place. A remove and install of another window with a wider opening. All new owner supplied cabinets installed a new butler pantry added and all new owner supplied appliances installed. The floors were refinished by a separate contractor, however one recommended by Suncrest that did an excellent job as well.
All three projects went well. The crew was very professional. They were on time, cordial and made every effort to keep the mess to a minimum. More importantly, the quality of their work was very high. We were especially happy with the bathroom tile and the slate floor installation. Everything was measured, cut and placed to near perfection. With just about any project, you can expect some things to go wrong. For example, there was an issue with the toilet installation. Because of the distance between the floor and the sub-floor, two toilet gaskets should have been used, but only one was. As a result the toilet eventually leaked. This caused some minor damage to our family room ceiling. The issue did not become apparent until several weeks after the bathroom had been finished. When we realized what the cause of the issue was, my wife called John at Suncrest and he quickly came out to take a look. After a few minutes he quickly discovered the problem. He made arrangements with his crew to come out and fix both the toilet and the ceiling. This was all done without the need for any arguing or complaining. To me, this incident was reflected positively on Suncrest. When things go wrong, even if it's weeks after the project is completed, will the company stand behind their work. I can say without hesitation the answer for Suncrest is a resounding "Yes." We've had a number of friends and family come to our home since these projects were finished. Everyone has been impressed with the quality and professional look of everything that was done. We have referred several people to Suncrest without any hesitation.
Description of Work: Suncrest performed three different projects at our house, a complete remodeling of the master bathroom, remodeling of the kitchen, and enclosing a room with a wall and French doors. The bathroom project included replacing the tub, two vanities, the toilet, and tiling the shower and the floor. This was our first major re-modeling project. The shower included adding new fixtures including a traditional faucet and a ceiling-mounted "rain" faucet. The kitchen re-model was on a smaller scale. This project included replacing the hardwood floor with a slate floor and replacing a single exterior door that led to the deck with a French door. The last project was to enclose an interior room by extending a wall and putting up French doors. Note the Service date and amount were for the bathroom re-model.
I am extremely pleased with the kitchen and bath renovation done for me by Suncrest Builders. Their estimate was fair, honest and reasonable. Not only was their work superior, but also they started the renovation on time and finished it with no interruptions or delays other than the agreed upon and customary weekends off. John Cantrall, or his representative, personally checked the project's progress at the beginning and end of each sub task such as electrical, tiling, plumbing, and painting to assure that each sub task completed was properly performed and to assure that the following task was properly sequenced and understood. This renovation went very smoothly because it was performed by professionals very skilled and knowledgable in their trade who, when faced with an unexpected problem, simply solved the problem and moved on.
Description of Work: Kitchen: Removed non load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room; relocated wall register to floor; removed existing cabinets and tops; removed and disposed of existing floor and underlayment; replaced piping and shut off valves at sink; installed water line to refrigerator; replaced 4 existing cam lights in kitchen; installed 4 new cam lights in dining room; patched and repaired all drywall including back splash area; installed duroc tile underlayment to kitchen floor; installed floor tile, grout and sealer to kitchen floor; installed new base and wall cabinets ; installed 3/4'" plywood and duroc underlayment at cabinet tops; installed custom oak thresh holds; installed appliances; installed tile backsplash over counter; painted kitchen and dining room. Bath: Removed tub, commode and plaster in hall bath; patched and repaired drywall; relocated tub drain; installed new joist in ceiling below tub to allow for drain relocation; replaced exhaust fan; installed duroc tile backerboard to shower wall to ceiling; installed tile ready shower pan; installed shower valves and trim; installed shower floor tile; installed shower wall tile to ceiling; installed commode; painted wall and ceiling

I had the job done while I was out of state and could not be happier with the results. John understood the difficulty of the project and was more than accommodating when I actually saw the finished results to the point of raising the height of my sink faucets. A year after project completion John called to check on things and even offered to correct some doors that are sticking in the frames.
Description of Work: Master bath totally gutted and added walk in closet.
Contacted several companies. Most didn't respond, SunCrest did but was slow to respond but once John was there he was very responsive. As I am an absentee owner I was very concerned on the workmanship and timing. John was understanding, flexible in his scope of work and timing. We reached an agreement on what I was to do and what they were to do in an effort to negotiate price. John was flexible and willing to work with me. There were some problems with their communications to the crews doing the work and they replaced the front door at first and then had to come back and reinstall it. I also had to have them come back once to fix two things that were not quite correct in the bath. The job wasn't easy due to the space but the final product looks very nice. Overall I'm happy with the work and the value of the project. I be happy to work with them again!
Description of Work: Needed the single bath in a small house renovated. The entire bath was gutted and all new fixtures were installed. The rear door was replaced with a new steel door. I gutted the room and removed all trash. I purchased all major fixtures and the door. Price included all labor for installation, tools and fasteners and finish work. This included rough carpentry, finish carpentry, electrical work and plumbing.

This is the second time I have used SunCrest, the first time was to remodel our master bathroom. In general, I am pleased with the work that SunCrest have done for me, but especially pleased with the quality of work delivered by Lubos. Great guy with an even greater attention to detail. Highly recommended. Fortunately, I work from home, so I was able to keep a very close eye on the project. This ensures that all questions get answered quickly, which in turn, prevents delays and mistakes/misunderstandings. Not everything was great, though. After setting up the project, paying a deposit and establishing a start date within a fairly tight time window, the start day arrived but no SunCrest. A phone call resulted in an apology, but the work only started 2 weeks later, resulting in an even smaller time window in which to complete the job. Similarly, in the middle of the project I called to determine when the French doors would be installed and was given a 1-2 day timeframe. A week later, I had to call again, again an apology and only then was the work done the following day. In the end, after spanning a period of 58 days, the entire project was completed with only one day to spare, not exactly what I had in mind. In summary scheduling and client communication are two issues that SunCrest didn't do too well with me, but the quality of work that they produce and the price they charge will very likely result in me using them again. I you need quality work done and have sufficient time, I can highly recommend SunCrest
Description of Work: The project scope included the following items: - gut and remodel a basement bathroom - install a new french door from the basement to the patio - repaint the entire basement, plus other trim in the stairwell and study Not included in the price, is the following: - owner-provided bathroom tile, bathroom hardware, bathroom vanity and the French Doors - another company installed the frameless glass shower door - another company installed hardwood floors

Stop your search. You won. This is your lucky day to read yet another positive review of Suncrest. You may be in our shoes where you are looking for a remodel, and you narrowed your search to 10 or so worthy contractors. Q: Why did we choose Suncrest? A: Best value, best price, best attitudes, best quality, best management, best staff, glowing customer references, patience, unbelievable attention to details, extremely fair when it comes to the myriad events when most competitors may not be as fair, top notch sub-contractors, and the positive attitude when issues arise outside of their control. I could go on, but you get the picture - we are extremely pleased with the work Suncrest did. Anytime remodeling happens you and your contractor are peeling layers of an onion, and who knows what surprises await you. Our project had a few, and Suncrest dealt with them with the ease and professionalism you would wish for in a contractor. Suncrest came in lower on price but higher on value. After we visited a former client who also raved about Suncrest, we realized we were on to something. We loved his remodel, and that decided it for us. We are extremely pleased with Suncrest and hope your remodel or other project goes as well as ours did.
Description of Work: Architectural design, engineering support, new construction of a 3-story house addition, and complete renovation of a typical North Arlington home. All existing electrical and windows in the old house were replaced.

When I hear the name Suncrest Builder, I think of incompetence, poor workmanship, absence of planning, NO QUALITY CONTROL VHAT-SO-EVER, etc., etc. The quality of the plumbing work was out-right catastrophic. Examples of other extremely low quality crafts included: framing, windows, tiles setting (destroyed $2K of tiles!), interior doors, painting...... I spend lots of money after Suncrest Builders abandoned the project, to fix many, some very substantial deficiencies; it took close to two (2) years, and much aggravation to correct John Cantrall's work. Sadly, some of the errors & omissions by Suncrest Builder can?t be fixed ? simply too great an expense (insulation, for instance.) Looking back there were only three (3) subcontracted crafts which delivered good results: (1) electrical, (2) HVAC, and (3) hard-wood installation (NOT the finishing, which was very poor and had to re-done twice!) When I think about John Cantrall I see someone I would not hire for more than building a garden shed, perhaps. And, I have my peculiar thought about the other people's "positive" comments about Suncrest Builder. Any one intersted in a "demonstration? Send request to AL.

Response from SUNCREST BUILDERS
Unfortunatly there are those in this world who are not honest and look at a business relationship as an opportunity to win at the expense of the other involved party. This client has been dishonest from the start. There are thousands of dollars of change orders that were initally authorized but when the payments became due the client insisted that the work & price was never agreed to. Their is still a significant balance due that the client refused to pay. This matter is currently in litigation. The client is obviously trying use Angies List as a strong arm tactic.
I definitely recommend using Suncrest. My home underwent extensive water damage that resulted in almost every wall, floor and ceiling being removed ? basically Suncrest was tasked with rebuilding the inside of my townhome from the studs. No work was needed in the bathrooms or kitchen (other than walls), but the rest of the house needed extensive work. The Suncrest team did a great job and put my house back together again, which at the beginning I didn't even think would be possible! John Cantrall (President) was responsive and significantly involved in the project from the first call I made for an estimate to the last day when the project was completed (more than three months later). He?s put together a top notch team that works hard and delivers a quality product. The cost of the work was also reasonable (I got three estimates and chose Suncrest). There were a few glitches along the way (to be expected - have you ever heard of a large contracting project that went perfectly?), but John and his team were receptive to my concerns and issues, and worked to make sure I was happy with the finished product. My house is beautiful down to the smallest details, and friends have complimented the quality of the work.
Description of Work: Work performed following extensive water damage to home. Suncrest Builders installed drywall throughout the home (ceilings and walls), hardwood floors on two floors and three sets of stairs, carpet on one floor, baseboards and crown molding throughout home, insulation and drywall in the garage, and painting the entire interior of the home.

Suncrest produced quality work. John, the owner, and Bryan, the operations manager, are very friendly and down to earth. Their direct workers did great work, especially with the gazebo. If communications and timeliness were not considered, they earned an A with us. We are very happy with the completed work. It was also very frustrating how long the project took (five months when it was projected for two) and how difficult it was to get timely communications from them. Also, their subs were definitely not of the same high quality as their own staff. They are nice people who do good work. We hope they get their act together better with communications and timeliness. If we were considering them again, we would add clauses to the contract that included regular communication and penalties for delays . If they can get those things in order, they will be a great company to work with.
Description of Work: Suncrest converted our garage to a laundry room, bathroom, and mud room. They added a walk-in closet above our garage. They demo'd our existing laundry room. And, they built a backyard screened gazebo.

John stopped by in January to provide the quote. My husband and I made a decision around the beginning of February for the work to be done on the basement. We chose Suncrest because they quickly responded and their communication was great. The two workers who put in the pocket door also installed a new door and doorframe that we didn't ask them to do. That was a nice bonus. We are happy with their work, we would hire them again. We are now ready to paint!
Description of Work: We needed a new closet pocket door to be installed, the old closet door frame removed, the old closet door opening covered with drywall, drywall hole and nail pop repairs, the basement ceiling and drywall prepared for painting, and the baseboards removed.
After more than two weeks we never heard from Suncrest. We concluded that they were either too busy or uninterested in new business so we dropped them from our list. (We have since received two estimates from other contractors.) Eventually more service industries will realize that investing a minute or two with a phone call or email response to a potential customer is simply good business and a sign of professionalism. Neglecting these inquiries suggests a lack of competence in other areas as well. If responsiveness is a quality you value as a customer, don't turn to Suncrest.
Description of Work: After seeing positive ratings on Angies List, I contacted Suncrest via their website email and completed a form describing in detail the sort of work we need to have done. It involved excavation of a new driveway and construction of a new garage or carport with additional storage. We submitted the email of 23 January 2012 requesting a visit and estimate. We received a computer-generated ("do not reply") email 24 hours later stating that we would be contacted shortly.

They've been out a couple of times to give the quote. There made a couple of visits about a week or so after I first interacted with them. Their price was very reasonable which is why I went with them. The other builders were high. They were on time and also they were very responsive than any other builder.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Suncrest Builders and I'm currently going through a remodel with them. They are doing a master bedroom remodel.
Exceptional work Respectful workers that were sensitive to our schedule Very high quality work Competitive price Great communications outcome exceeded expectations and was ahead of schedule. This was our second exceptional experience with Suncrest. So pleased that we have hired them for a third job to build a garage.
Description of Work: Suncrest did an excellent and professional job of completely remodeling the back, external wall of our house. They removed 1 existing door and two windows and replaced them with two french doors, and 4 windows on both the lower and upper floors. Work required complete removal of all external siding and internal drywall. All windows and doors were accurately installed, the house was sealed using tyvek, insulation was re-applied, and internal drywall and external cedar siding was installed. The quality of the carpentry was excellent. They worked on schedule. The carpenters were respectful of my wife and kids needs. The owner John Cantrall was involved and communicated all schedules, changes, and planned efforts. This was the second job that I have had Suncrest perform for us. My experience - like my first experience was fantastic. So much so that I have hired Suncrest for construction of a 3 car garage with upstairs apartment. John and his crew are very professional, competitive on price, and perform quality work.

From the start, John Cantrall was very professional and responsive to our call and providing a timely estimate of the services. He provided a lot of guidance as far as recommended do's and don't's based on his expertise, which was extremely helpful. Once we had selected Suncrest, John accompanied us to Ferguson's Kitchen & Bath to personally see to it that what we needed was properly understood by Ferguson's. Once the work was scheduled, his team worked efficiently and professionally; an Operations Manager frequently visited our house to check up on their team, inspect that things were done correctly, and to touch base with us about any questions or concerns we might have. Overall we have been very happy with their work. The Hall/Guest Bath has been completed, and we are just about wrapping up the Master Bath. We would definitely recommend Suncrest, John, and his team for your home improvement project.
Description of Work: We contacted Suncrest Builders to remodel two bathrooms: (1) Hall/Guest Bath - new floor tiles, shower head/fixture, faucets (2) Master Bath - everything! New tiles, vanity & countertop, toilet, shower & faucets, paint
John was very responsive to my calls and showed up almost to the minute for every appointment. He did a good job of going through the options and we quickly defined the specs of the job. The design and estimate process was great and the price was great value. Unfortunately, Arlington County had some different ideas for the design and the initial permit was rejected. John was very flexible and worked with us to quickly adjust the design to comply to Arlington. This permit process and a good week of rain certainly shifted the schedule couple of weeks. Once the job got started in earnest, good progress was made throughout. The crew really took pride in the work and regularly took the extra time and effort to make things better. There was real attention to detail and Douglas was a magician with the woodwork. If there was a negative, sometime communication about the next steps in the job were not clear, but a telephone call cleared that up pretty early in the job. As the job was wrapping up, the guy were great on clean up and the punch list was an easy review and everything was addressed the first time through. The porch exceeded our expectations and survived both an earthquake and hurricane in its first two weeks!
Description of Work: Suncrest built a new screened in porch (18' x 16", with shingle roof and full gutter system) and completed a drainage system for our roof gutters. The porch includes electrical, plumbing, door installation, and interior drywall work. The job also included some paver work to repair existing patio for the drainage work and to install a new 40 sq ft section of pavers.

John gave us the most detailed, thought out and clear proposal by far of any of the contractors we spoke to. He had drawings, and a very detailed estimate and really put a lot of time into it. Especially since we were in the very early stages of just trying to figure out what we were going to do. Unfortunately, we ended up not being able to have the work done at all. They were a little on the higher side from the other estimates we received - that's why I gave them a B for price, but otherwise we really thought they'd be great to work with.

It was a good experience. They are experts. They did a good job. They encountered some structural problems that had to be remedied on preexisting problems. They had inconsistent communication. I know that they have changed their personnel. They have improved. They didn’t get samples of flooring and various other things that they installed ahead of time. That’s the suggestion I would give to anyone who would hire them. Sometimes they said they would show up and they didn’t. I would use them in the future with a lot of consideration.
Description of Work: I used Suncrest Builders in August. They changed the garage to our great room.

We had another great experience working with SunCrest Builders. We made a mistake in that we chose to have the half-wall separating our kitchen and dining room too low. It was too low for a standard-sized electric range. The old range that was there before was a non-standard range, that was small. We called John and he was able to get Bryan and a couple more people to come out within a couple of days. They did really a wonderful job raising the half-wall for us and now the new range fits perfectly. They were also nice enough to put the granite back for us (we took it off ourselves). Bryan was once again really nice to work with. This is our second time with SunCrest and I have a feeling we'll use their services again in the future.

I called John Cantrall to get him out for an estimate and he came right over and outlined everything which was great and gave us an estimate. On the day of the job they showed up on time and did a great job. They did not damage any of the wood floors and also cleaned up after themselves. They kept me engaged so that I knew what was going on and asked if I had any questions during the job. When the bill came it was exactly what John had said which is refreshing because we have hired contractors that give us one estimate and then charge us something else when the job is done. I would recommend this contracting company to anyone that wants some work done on their house. They will be our first call whenever we will need to work done on our house.
Description of Work: The work performed was to cut a existing header that we had gotten installed by a different company to expand our opening to the kitchen. Once the existing header was cut out the roof needed to be supported as it was a load bearing wall. They then installed a new header for the new opening and installed the supports onto the concrete slab. They secured everything and put extra support into the area that would not be visible once the sheetrock went up which was great.

I called John Cantrall with Suncrest regarding remodeling my lower level - specifically I wanted several walls removed to create one big space out of several smaller rooms. John got back to me that very same day and then met with me and gave me an estimate the next day. He answered all of the questions I had (and I had lots!) thoroughly and professionally. His price was very fair and far below what I was expecting. Which was awesome!!! Work started in less than a week after I had first spoken with John. Edwin and the other workmen were very nice and very friendly. They also answered several of my questions and explained everything they were doing. They did beautiful work and finished in less than a week, leaving everything new and clean. This is the third time we have hired contractors to remodel some part of our home. And in our case, the third time really was the charm! This was the best remodeling experience we have had and I would not hesitate to recommend John Cantrall and Suncrest Builders to anyone. As a matter of fact we are currently working with John on several other projects such as hardwood floor refinishing, rebuilding stairs and electrical. And we plan on hiring John and his team when we eventually can afford to waterproof and finish our basement. I already love my new space and can't wait to have Suncrest Builders do more work on our home!
Description of Work: Removal of several walls, relocation of electrical switches and wiring, drywalling, relocation of duct work
