+ -1 moreAs far as the workmen were concerned, they seemed professional. My dissatisfaction is with the communication with/from the schedulers/office staff. I was told by the person who did the estimate that someone would contact me within the hour to schedule the job. It was 4 days later. I had also asked about another repair being done. I was told by the office staff that the workmen could not do it, but someone else could come out to do it for $300 (I was originally told it would be free.) And I was told by the men who came out to do the job, that they HAD done it. Who am I to believe?
