+ -1 moreThe guy has worked with us for probably 25 years has been great. We try to do them seasonally to come out and check and make sure everything is working for the air conditioner and heating, heat pump. It’s just one guy, it’s his company and he’s always worked alone and he’s great. His name is Ed O’Tool, he’s wonderful. Punctuality – Remarkable, he’s great. If there are any problems they always call reschedule or anything, they never leave you hanging. It’s all very good.

+ -1 moreI had to replace a thermostat that wasn't necessary to replace. He was going to charge me $200 for a $30 thermostat. He did however recommend that I get the thermostat at Home Depot to be more cost efficient. He has been out twice and hasn't been able to solve the problem. WE have had some difficulties communicating with him. Although he is very pleasant however, not very professional or timely in his arrival.

Description of Work: Ed O'Toole installed a new heat pump in our house. Couldn't be happier. He is extremely professional, prices are competitive. Work was done in a timely manner with little disruption. If i could, would give him more than an A+

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job. He is the only person that I will leave a key for. He is very honest and does not try to sell me. He is timely and you can get an appointment when you need it. He is just a great service provider. The cost is very reasonable.
Description of Work: He did a furnace check on the most recent. He prior to that replaced a heat pump and the entire heating unit.
