Description of Work: They rescreened a porch. The subs were great but the owner of Mansfield handyman services jacked up the price after agreeing to a lower amount. The owner cam offer to collect and saw screen hanging unattached, boards not painted and nails protruding through the floor so as to cut your feet. Not only did he refuse to correct errors, he was threatening and cavalier saying, "if I didn't like the job I should talk to his subs". Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice would be shame on me. If this guy were the last handyman in the world he would still be a dishonest owner and I wouldn't use him.

Description of Work: I have used Mansfields for several repairs on my home at Wintergreen. I have been very satisfied with their work and pricing is reasonable. Most recent repair was fixing small hole in wood shake roof.
