Charles and Chris are hard workers who did the work they were hired to do, and were very pleasant and timely. I gladly recommend them.

They were great! Showed up at the time promised and fixed our floor and door frame efficiently, and even a few extra things that needed to be done. They gave us very reasonable estimates on future jobs as well. Were professional, trustworthy, and kind. Cant wait to do more work with these guys! Thanks!

Charles Thompson and crew did such a good job I hired them to do outside painting and repairs to my house of 3000 sq feet. I then hired him to redo all my floors with laminate and carpet. Highly recommend him for the commitment and value he gave me.

Very shoddy workmanship. He did not seem to have a plan, just threw something together. Posts are not plumb, rails are not level, used leftover vinyl that he had to cover area he did not know what to do with (2 different types, 1 smooth, 1 textured). He tried to tell me the balusters are not plumb because the porch is crooked. No, they are not plumb because you did not cut the rails so the holes would line up. He could not even rehang the downspout plumb. Did not refinish the beam where he removed 2 posts. Said it was not in the estimate. Why not? No pride in workmanship. Poor communication. He may have good reviews for roofing, but he has no business doing home improvements. If you do not know how to use a level, you should not be in the business. Uses an App to figure his estimates. Does not do any research on cost of materials, lets the App do it all and throws out an exorbitant figure. I will now have to pay someone to fix this mess. I so wish I could post pictures.

I had a leak in my roof around one of the vents from the bathroom. They came right over and repaired the leak and also checked and did some repairs on the roof shingles. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a repair.

Poor communication but finished time wisely.

Charles was excellent. He was prompt in his communications, kept the appointment time and was honest with his evaluation. I had asked him to replace a rotting door frame and after looking at the door, determined that the frame did not need replacing. he replaced only the dry rotted part and saved me hundreds of dollars. The last hard rain was the true test; not one drop of water in my basement! Thank you Charles!
