He is excellent and does an outstanding job. He is a really nice man and he can figure out anything, He makes excellent references when needed and he is my go to for everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I spoke in person with Brad while he was working on the house next door - he quoted me a ballpark price for both a plumbing job and a roofing repair job, took my contact info, then explained he'd be sending me a job sheet via email, and could do the work the following week. Never heard from him again. Called his number and left a message 2 weeks later saying I hadn't heard from him, and could he please let me know whether or not he wanted the job. Never heard from him. What's funny is I told him how I'd had contractors before him that never returned phone calls or never showed up - he assured me he wasn't one of those. I'm having my work done by someone else

Very poor experience.

Brad arrived when he said he would and performed the work in a timely manner. His prices were reasonable and I was very satisfied.

The owner of the company came to provide an estimate for the work. He was friendly and seemed interested in the job. After he looked at the work involved, he stated that he would provide an estimate to us and took our phone number and e-mail address. We didn't hear from him again. If he did not want to perform the work, it would have been helpful if he had called to tell us rather than just not responding.

He was quick and efficient. He was also very polite and friendly. He was very reasonably priced. He met me at the home improvement and helped me pick out the toilet, which was nice.

He had performed some work for me in the past after the first job I had asked him to come do the roofing and repair work for me in the future but I wasn’t in a hurry. He did great work for me previously and I enjoyed working with him. I asked him how long it would take for him to get a crew together, he stated about a month. I had decided to wait until he was ready; again I wasn’t in a hurry. But after about two months or so it seemed as if he dropped off the earth! I called him again then because the season was moving on and it was getting very warm soon. When I did get a hold of him, he apologized stating that he must have misplaced the informational sheet. He was very polite on the phone, and he was pleased to here from me as if he had actually forgotten that we were planning on the roofing work. I did enjoy working with previously him but I believe he may need to be a bit more organized.

His work seems to be good and professional. From the time he met me at Home Depot to the time that he left was about 3 hours, and he only charged me $75.00. So far he’s been on time. He called me to let me know there was a traffic jam the second time he came out. He does quick work. He’s thorough and professional. He’s energetic, up beat and very pleasant. He charges a reasonable fee. I will continue to use him in the future.
