Dugwell Pest Controll

Dugwell Pest Control was a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, calling before they came. Inspected the house and put out the appropriate "fixes" for the mice problem. I have not seen or heard them since using this service. The technician was very respectful, polite and addressed each and every question I had. He was a true professional and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend this business and would use them again, if needed.

I would recommend them. We signed a yearly contract, and so will be coming on a yearly basis.

We had a Stuart Little living in our home uninvited. Levi put out bait and the situation was quickly resolved. He also treated the inside and exterior of our home for general insect control. More thorough than any company we have ever used.

This is a fabulous company. Dale came out to our home after hours (about 7:30 pm) because we were in a panic over a flying squirrel that was terrorizing our den and kitchen. He was very calm and explained the habits of flying squirrels. He got the squirrel out and went into the attic to deal with the den of flying squirrels. We were greatly relieved and calmed by his professional, calm manner. We had no idea a colony of flying squirrels had made its home in our attic - revolting!

This is a great company. I use to do my own pest control with applying an outside gradular bug control and using spray chemical around perimeter of house with frustrating results. But, I am very cautious about hiring anyone to perform services on the house because it's hard to find someone who really cares about doing a good job. Well, over 2 years ago with stink bugs drivining us crazy and finding huge spiders in the garage, I finally broke down and called Dugwell Pest Control. Wow! Talk about a professional company that is customer focused! I couldn't be happier with the results. I've been on their quarterly plan and they are like clockwork coming to the house when it's convenient for me including on Saturdays. I haven't had a problem with any type of bug since. The inside and outside of the house are sprayed with different pesticides depending on the time of year and the respective bugs presenting a potential problem. We have had them spray our camper as well with great results too. I highly recommend this company. We haven't had any problems with any type of bug since using Dugwell Pest Control.

We had been fighting ants for months. One visit and they were gone for good. I will never do it myself again. Great experience. We had called other exterminators and they were mor interested in selling a long term contract than in getting rid of my ants.

After returning from Europe last October we began getting bug bites in our bed during the first of the year. It continued most nights and eventually we found out it was those nasty bed bugs. After trying but faiing to eradicate them ourselves we called Dugwell. I had used other pest control companies in the past for normal things like ants, spiders, wasps etc., but was only marginally satisfied. Nothing as bad as bed bugs. I lucked out calling Dugwell. Dale Bowman who came out and did the work was outstanding and within a week or two - no more bed bugs. He came back 4 times to be sure we were satisfied.

With the warm weather in the spring, the stink bugs began emerging from behind the siding and soffits. We had enough and started searching for an exterminator to help. Called Dugwell because it was locally owned and operated. No big name chain with high pressure tactics. Dugwell was honest and straight to the point. They offer to spray every 90 days and we're going to try that through this year to see how well we can get those stink bugs under control. When Dugwell sprayed, they told us to call t hem if we notice any bugs still around within that 90 day period. So far, one month later, and we're still finding dead bugs outside the house. We're anxious to see how our first fall season goes since that is the worst time for stink bugs. Dugwell called to confirm the appointment and before coming over to the house. We had a professional interaction from start to finish. They were patient with our questions especially concern over the dog and cat in the house.

Dale was very professional and kind. He explained the products that he was using on the house. I am pregnant so was concerned about the safety of being in the house with the products but he answered all of my questions. He called the morning of the treatment to confirm a time that would work for me. I was very pleased with him and will definitely use him again. If you get on a quarterly treatment plan, it comes with a one year warranty so any bugs that pop up again between now and our next treatment 4 months from now, he will come out and spray for free.
