Bryan Jones came out when he said he would, showed up on time, and even drove me through the neighborhood to show me samples of previous work. The retaining wall looks great. He sorely underestimated the time it would take to complete, however, anticipating a weekend's work, which turned into about a two week project. Weather was to blame for much of it, but after all it was January. He and his crew worked hard and worked long hours. All in all I'm very pleased with the project.

I am pleased with the high quality of their work and their respectful, professional attitude. The design was thoughtful and attractive. Their price was fair and the quality of the work is far superior to the previous work. They are meticulous about details, clean up the site each day, and on days of rain or snow, they have put down large tarps to enable the project to resume quickly. They show up when expected and usually let me know when they would be here, which was not the case with the previous contractors. The owner was usually onsite and he answered my questions with clear, detailed information that was easy to understand. The work was complete a couple weeks ago and there is only one leftover detail. There was a small, unexpected last minute charge, but overall I am very pleased.

Our experience with Blackwater Nursery has been good. They have been slow to start the project then once started they have been moving fast. We are having a patio and stairs put in and landscaping on a hillside. The price with this company is very competitive with other companies in this area. The project is not complete as we are waiting on seasonal materials for spring planting. The company is very busy so they are not always accessible but it is a good sign. The staff is professional and we would use them again in the future.
