Description of Work: Everything went superbly from first (very prompt) visit for evaluation of project and prep for future quote to the finished job. We had a major "fix" to a new deck installed by another contractor about one year previously (we did not want to use the original contractor again). The job included, but not limited to complete removal and then rebuild of wide, angled steps leading from patio to upper deck; replacing floor joist to alleviate a large hump and smaller ones on deck floor,re-secure several loose decking boards, install an additional, new section of stair railing to increase safety. The crew performing the rebuild and repairs were very professional - everyone was. We were so pleased with this company and their employees. They spent quality time evaluating, delivered excellent workmanship, and displayed a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and taking pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They came out promptly to give an estimate, but were so busy they couldn't do the repairs for about 7-8 weeks. They replaced some siding & also replaced some flashing on the side of the house that was leaking. They were friendly, courteous and professional. We haven't had very much rain to know if it has stopped the leaking, but it looks like they did a nice job.
