They first called to setup an appointment and we agreed on a time. A gentleman called me earlier to see if they could come by earlier since the had some extra time to spare. I was unable to change my schedule and they arrived as promise, later that day. I showed them all the items I wanted hauled away and they start removing the items and load them on their truck. They informed me of the additional cost since the special was limited to a certain cu. space. I had to pay them an additional $190. After they loaded all of the items they came back to me to make sure they had not missed any thing, then they sweep up and all of that stuff was gone. They were very nice and courteous and professional.

The folks at Junk King, were quick to respond. Both via phone and email. They were able to honor an online discount and make the pick-up on schedule. I asked their driver to call prior to leaving the location, which he did. In a courteous, timely manner. Very happy with their service and their costs. I've already recommended them to others.

They were great. Showed up the next day. If I had called earlier they probably would have showed up the same day. All the debris was removed promptly. They even raked up the area and cleaned out extra leaves after they were done. I used an Angie's List coupon I purchased through the site, and then paid the difference in person.

We were reorganizing and they took away a lot of stuff. In the process they had to dismantle a huge workbench and several old storage units. They donated what they could and hauled away the rest. They were quick and professional.

It was fast and they were easy to work with. The only issue I had with them was that they say on their site that they clean up afterwards, but they did not sweep under the items they took away. Other than that, it was a positive experience and I would use them again.

They called to confirm the appointment ahead of time, and requested to come early, which was fine. They arrived in a timely fashion. The truck was clean and was well-maintained. The two men that performed the service introduced themselves, were professional, and friendly. The work was completed thoroughly. They picked up wood and fencing, old Christmas decorations, broken furniture, garden hoses, and large boxes. It was all done in about 15 minutes. They gave me a business card and a coupon to use for future business. They were everything you would expect and more.

I have nothing but good words for these people! They are very professional and helpful. In spite of the fact that I was not well organized (I will not go into my crawl space alone), they were very helpful and patient about my decisions on what to remove. I have called them before and I most certainly will call ion them in the future!

CThey did a great job of clearing everything out and even took a few more items on the truck without charging me extra!! Also they helped put things back into the shed that I wanted to keep and even helped me take some things around to my car that I was taking home with me!!

Bill Taggart and his crew showed up promptly and worked hard to quickly pick up the load. There was a bit of confusion because the Angie's List coupons should be by volume for lighter materials but we had bricks, but he was very kind and picked up the load anyway. I would not hesitate to use their services again, they are very professional and good to work with.

They arrived on time and removed everything in a timely manner. I strongly advise that you meet with the owner before the day of pickup to assess how much will be hauled away. The coupon covers a certain amount of stuff. We were able to renegotiate a fair price to haul away everything.

The service was geared around client service - they provided me with cordiality, professionalism and was very careful not to damage walls within my home. I would certainly use them again. The owner's franchise is in Richmond but nevertheless he came to Williamsburg, for which I was very grateful. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, I was embarrassed by the quantity of junk that we have amassed over the years, but the guys from Junk King showed up, ready for anything, and put me at ease when they told me that they had seen this type of mess before . . .this is what they do! Hire these guys. They worked really hard to remove everything we asked them too, quickly and professionally. They were kind, friendly, and called about fifteen minutes before they came so we knew to put the dogs inside and clear the driveway for their truck. I feel that I received a terrific deal for the amount of work that was done, and I truly appreciate Bill and his men for this work they did for us today. I would hire them again, and again, and again in a heartbeat.

I purchased this service through a special on Angie's List. the men who came were professional and hauled away all of the junk I had piled in my driveway. I would use them again. The best thing I can say is THANKS!

We were called when the team was about 30 minutes away from our home so we did not have to be waiting around all day. The men were polite, efficient and were able to remove some very large items left behind by the previous owner of the property. We had more stuff than was covered by the "deal" so it cost an additional $40.00 but was well worth the extra money just to finally have this trash removed.
