Junk King Central Virginia

Spoke with Bill on the phone Friday evening and he came and picked up the elliptical machine ibefore 11 am the next day (Saturday). Clean, professional appearance. No smoking. Courteous. The two men had the elliptical out the door and on their trunk in about 5 - 10 minutes. Seeing how it was first floor and so close to the drive way, I had hoped for a price closer to $75. Over $100 for less than $15 worth of work seemed a bit high. However, the expediency of the removal was so appreciated, we didn't mention it.

They're very prompt. They come pretty quick a day or two and they're on time like they said they were going to do. They worked really well that time in the area. They call me when they were done. They're very easy to work with.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They showed up on time on the day they were supposed to. They called in advance to let us know that they were coming. I was surprised a little by the price. The deal was $69 and I paid a total of around $200. I guess we had more than the space for the deal. It was understandable but it was a little bit higher than I had anticipated. They were friendly, timely, courteous and professional. They did what they needed to do. They were there for about 20 minutes so it was a lot of money. I don't know if I would use them again.

He advised me of the space that the voucher covered in the truck and he worked with me so that I could get the maximum value out of it.

I had initially scheduled a Bagster pickup but when they came out to pick up they said that their truck couldn't go down our driveway due to the slop. We have had many dumpster pickups over the years so that was very disappointing. I called Junk King and they came the day after. They were easy to deal with and very professional. I'll definitely use them again.

Very prompt - we even got same day service! All of our junk/debris was located in a pile at the end of the driveway. The truck was backed up and loaded very quickly. Employees were professional and polite. Good communication from the main office and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and will use in the future.
