I called MethodORG in early June about the possibility of having them come out for a garage organization estimate. My call was returned within minutes of leaving a message and Steve (owner) made an appt to come over within a few days to do an estimate and talk with me about the product and the process for installation. When I learned they did mudrooms (something I had been shopping for for months), I asked for an estimate there too. Measurements took only minutes. He can literally build a proposed illustrated version of your project on the computer and show you price immediately. I was so impressed with the mudroom design and the price (compared to 2 estimates I'd had with custom cabinetry shops) that we moved forward with the mudroom instead of the garage. I went with them for several reasons. First, I felt a lot of trust for Steve. He had a no-pressure approach, he displayed the utmost professionalism and he was completely service oriented. He worked so hard to make me happy and made it seem like everything was easy-peasy. He just has a lot of integrity. Second, they had a lot of product options (I went with a laminate, but it really could pass for wood!) The product is also warrantied from the manufacturer and Steve instilled a lot of confidence in me that he would build something to my complete satisfaction or make changes or "make right" anything that I was unhappy with. Third, I am not terribly spacially oriented. Its difficult for me to imagine what something will look like without actually seeing it, so the computer illustration was great for me. Before install, Steve came out once (initial estimate) and I visited his office once to see all the products they offered (I wanted to see a real door in the finishes I was choosing between). We tweaked the design by phone one last time before install 3 weeks later. He came right on time on install day and he and his helper were done within 8 hours. It wasn't all that noisy and they brought their own vacuum to clean up after themselves! The final product looks GREAT! You can check it out on their facebook site.. The process went well. Steve and his team met with us about 3 times before installation and each time they were on time. During the day of installation, it was raining outside. Steve placed carpets throughout the house to protect our floors from getting dirty. In fact when his team left, outside of the furniture installation, you had no idea they were there. They cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed after themselves (with their own vacuum).

I like the fact that they turned my calls, they follow up and they confirmed the appointment. They came in for the job on time.

First, the owner, Steve Dash, personally came out to my house, took measurements and listened to my plans for a new bookshelf/storage cabinet on either side of my family room fireplace. He was attentive to all the details and had a definite "can-do" attitude. It was a plus to be able to actually see my plans in 3-D on his computer. I had gotten estimates from two of Steve's competitors, and not only was he the most reasonable, he also seemed genuinely interested in doing whatever it took to meet my every request! Steve and his assistant arrived promptly on Saturday morning and worked all day to ensure that my custom-made unit was exactly what I wanted. It was very impressive to me that Steve sets up a table outside and actually cuts the pieces to a custom fit right on the jobsite! He did a beautiful job tearing out the existing built-in shelves while maintaining the crown molding that I wanted to keep, and then he went to work preparing the individual pieces of the new unit with expert precision. And this job required a lot of precision since he was replacing an already existing unit that extended from the fireplace to the connecting walls on both sides of the fireplace. I am especially pleased with the fact that the unit provides a new space-saving place for my wide-screen tv (not to mention that all the cords and cables are neatly hidden inside the bottom cabinet!) The finished product is awesome; it looks great, and it is perfect for my needs -- a display for the tv, books and some decorative pieces and LOTS of underneath storage! I plan to have Steve come back out and help me in the garage once I convert it into a multi-purpose living space!

I emailed MethodOrg because of the "A" reviews I saw on Angie's list. Within 5 minutes I got a phone call from Steve Dash, the owner of the company, to set up an appointment to discuss what I wanted to do with my pantry. On the day of our appointment, Steve and I talked about a design, I looked at photographs of some of his previous work, which gave me some fabulous ideas for my system. Steve spent about 2 hours or so with me talking, measuring, and designing a plan in my space. The day the work was done, Steve was on job with one other helper and they did a great job. I could not be happier with the design and the quality of the product. Steve has a great business going and he is a true professional. He is also extremely nice. We will certainly be calling on him when we are ready to have some sort of garage system put in.

I have not worked with Method ORG in my home yet, but I have hired them for many of my professional organizing clients. Owner Steve Dash is excellent at finding ways to maximize space within a desired style and budget. Not only is he a skilled designer, but he's very personable and always gives 100%. He takes the time to listen to client needs and develop a customized solution for each project. I have been very impressed with Method ORG's work and will continue to refer them to my clients, friends and family.

Method Org did a fantastic job overall. We were building a new home 1,200 miles from where we were living and their online interactive tool made it very easy to design exactly what we wanted. Steve Dash was very responsive and helpful, making suggestions that improved the design while helping us stay within our budget. Everything was installed properly and on-schedule. Method Org's pricing was much more competitive than the other systems we priced, and their quality is excellent. We are very pleased with the job that was done, and highly recommend them to others.

We originally bid on a package at a fundraiser that included a gift certificate from Method ORG (that Method ORG had donated to a great cause!). We recently did an addition and renovation on our house and needed to have two closets put into our boys rooms. When talking with a friend she mentioned Steve Dash/Method ORG and what a great job he had done on her closet, which reminded me of the gift certificate, so I contacted Steve (owner of Method ORG) and immediately set up a time to talk about what we could do. Steve was great to work with, great ideas and was able to show us what it would look like on the computer! Installation went great and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done!

The whole process from beginning to end was great. Steve was great to work with. He was very accommodating, had great design ideas, and was very easy to talk to and work with. He communicated really well with me via email and phone. On the day of the installation he and his colleague showed up right on time and made every effort to be neat and clean (despite having to go out to the truck multiple times in a torrential downpour). They were so professional and nice, it couldn't have been a better experience working with them. The closets look wonderful and they have completely transformed the bedrooms and have made it so much easier to keep things neat and organized. I HIGHLY recommend Method Org for any kind of closet/organization project. Steve knows what he is talking about and delivers a great product.
