They had to come out twice. He is very good in communication skills, okay? But as far as price, I thought they were a little pricey. Would I use them again? I don't know at this point. I would have to think twice. The price I paid is very high for what he did.

My family has been using Dan Clay for MANY years. My mother always called him and I continued the tradition. They are always prompt, honest and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Dan Clay Appliance three different times-once for my washer, and twice for my refrigerator. Each time, the employee was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Not only was my appliance repaired, I was educated on how to keep problems from occurring. If a part was replaced, I was shown where it went, what went wrong, and what could keep it from happening again., I could not be more pleased with the service.

Dan is the only appliance service person that we will use. We've used him for over 20 years for our personal home and rental property we have owned. He's honest, punctual, professional, just the best!!

It didn't turn out too well. They didn't solve the problem, which was a pain. The receptionist didn't give the technician all the information and when he came out, he wasn't even aware that we had two issues. He kind of fixed one, but not completely. It is kind of working but not working perfectly. He couldn't fix the second issue and he had to come back a second time and still didn't fix it. He didn't know how to fix it and I'm going to have to call someone else for that. We just paid a lot of money for something that wasn't done. He charged for the labor and material, which was very little. Their hourly rate wasn't that bad, but they didn't fix the issues. They didn't answer some of my calls. He was really polite, but I will never use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Mr. Clay on the list since I have been using him for over 10 years now to do repairs on my appliances. As is his usual way, he did excellent work. He gives a "running commentary" of the work so you know what he is doing and how long it is going to take.

Dan and his son Scott arrived very promptly, diagnosed quickly what the problem was and had the equipment up and running (and cleaned underneath and around) within about 90 minutes. I had used this company before on a dishwasher issue and was satisfied enough to use them again. I had already called them when I happened to see they were already listed on your website. They were not even aware of the site, so I told them all about Angie's List. I would highly recommend their services!

Mr. Clay is very good with appliance repairs. I explained the problem I had over the phone, and he came out knowing what needed to be done. He replaced a seal around the door of my top loading washer and now I don't have any leaks or problems with it. Mr. Clay always looks very clean cut, professional and was immaculately groomed.

I totally trust Dan Clay Appliance and Refrigeration Services. I will even leave my key for him when I am not going to be here. He is the best around when it comes to fixing appliances. He is the only guy I want out here as he is the only one I feel safe with. He never tracks in dirt and he never leaves any garbage behind for me to take out.

I have been in business with Dan Clay and his services for about 17 years. I call them for everything imaginable that has to do with my appliances. This company is absolutely great. They can service and fix just about anything. Thanks to them my refrigerator is now properly working and I am glad to say that Dan Clay was the man who did it himself. He fixed this problem personally. Even the other workers are great. Dan is the best.
