 + -1 moreY facilities in Roanoke are quite nice. Three facilities to use: Kirk (downtown Roanoke), Gainsboro (mini Y in Roanoke), and Salem. All very clean, well organized, friendly helpful staff.

 + -1 moreIt is a pleasure to go every time. Everyone is so helpful and professional. And everyone is considerate of those with less mobility. Very helpful in finding the correct classes and instruction on and individual basis
Description of Work: I joined due to pain , muscle tension and anxiety problems. I typically go to the Kirk Family YMCA in Roanoke, yet there are also others in Roanoke I have access to with my membership.

 + -1 moreThey had a free sign up period and that location period wasn't packed so it was easy to go through circuit weight training. Their were some issues when we were wrapping up our membership.

 + -1 moreMost of the programs are for the little kids at this Y. It is clean, and they keep the equipment in really good shape. They have redone all of the equipment. They take very good care of their members. They have different boot camps, and trainers. They have a good mix of things, and the staff is also very friendly.
