Description of Work: a contractor cut the telephone cable coming to my house on monday aug 24, i reported it that evening. the tech was working on the problenby 1045 am on tuesday the 25th and it was working by 1 pm the 25th.

We are very sick of them. They couldn’t explain all the fees, surcharges, and taxing. The bill was never the same, it was hard to read. You always got a machine, you couldn’t hardly get a person to answer the phone. They didn’t explain the contracts very well to us on our cellphones. We ended up getting a plan that didn’t work for us at all. They did change it but we ended up paying a bunch more money. It was just one thing after the other. We went into their store to have something on one of the cellphones and the 2 ladies actually took my husband’s cellphone and it no longer works, it was completely useless when they got done with it. They tried to sell him up with a $500 iPhone. He didn’t want iPhone, he just wanted to turn off iTunes on his phone because it was draining his battery. They were just awful. They weren’t helpful, it was all about money. It’s just robbery. We called them a month ago to tell them we want all or services discontinued. We called them while we were at the N Telos store to get our account number and the girl wouldn’t give us our number. We did finally get a phone message from Verizon telling us our account number. We compared it to the one on our bill and it had extra digits on there, it’s not even the same number. It was ridiculous because our bills didn’t go down, it just kept going up. One guy there knew exactly what was going on with my husband’s phone. He said that he hits the button, iTunes pops up and that was what was running his battery down. He knew exactly what to do. He was the one that restored the phone when the 2 ladies got it completely useless. He got it working again. But by that time, we wanted to discontinue our services with them. They weren’t forthcoming in anything. We wanted to upgrade our internet and it never got upgraded. Customer service is not their forte anymore. They told us we were gonna have savings and we never saw it, our bill went up and they couldn’t explain why. Sometimes they had people there that did not speak English very well. They were really nice people but they couldn’t help us. They were inept. I think about filing a complaint and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
