Our house had not been washed for 19 years. It was needing it very badly! Kevin and Bobby got going, and It looks wonderful now!! They cleaned the screened in porch, and even sprayed washed the plastic chairs and table. Also, spray washed the patio, the picnic table on it, and chairs on it. I am thrilled how awesome it turned out!

Kevin was very professional, reliable and a joy to work with, he sent me his quote very quickly after he was here at my house, he took pictures so that he would have a reference for the work that needed to be completed. He completed the job today and I am blown away how good it looks, he even cleaned up after removing all the stuff I needed gone. He was able to complete the jobs in a very timely manner, I will definitely call on him again if I ever need his services.

Had our deck and house power cleaned, and they also *cleaned* the windows while they were at it. Whatever they used left the windows with lots of spots and a film that we then had to scrub off...and I mean scrub. It did not come off easily. At first, it seemed effective on the T-11 siding and deck, but after only 2 months, mildew started growing back. And although they assured me they would water down the plants around the deck so that they would not be harmed by the cleanser, a LOT of leaves on a couple of plants died and fell off. Lastly, they ran out of the water before they could clean the concrete pad next to the house but said they would put us on their list and come back to do it, but we never heard from them again. It has been 3 1/2 months.
