 + 1 moreDavid Liberi of Trinity Flooring is the epitome of professionalism. From the first phone call, David made the whole experience "hassle-free." Being new to the area, I needed suggestions and direction for my updating my home. David provided wonderful ideas and knew his products well. Trinity Flooring's pricing was comparable to the competition, The quality and outcome of his work went beyond my expectations. His attitude while working in my home was always enthusiastic. The work was done in a timely manner and David did not disrupt the flow of my day-to-day living. I will definitely use David again and I highly recommend Trinity Flooring.

He had great communication, arrived right on time and performed the work quickly. The results are fantastic! A good combo of professional and friendly. I will recommend him to everyone and my realtor.

 + -1 moreDave Liberi was easy to work with, did a very professional job, and offered good advise. I would use him again for any carpet install. We had gotten several estimates and, by far, he came across as the most knowledgeable and professional. He tried very hard to accommodate our time frame, and made every effort to make sure we were pleased with the job. After having used people from Craigslist and not being very happy with the results, I was delighted to finally get what I paid for and be happy with the work.
Description of Work: Installed carpet in my basement that I just had finished.

When I thought there was a little problem, he went to a great deal of trouble to fix it to my satisfaction. Disposed of old carpet for me. Cleaned up completely after himself. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Removed existing carpet from one stairwell and installed new carpet on two sets of stairs.

 + 0 moreI had carpet installed by Carpetland (separate review) and my precious little pup almost immediately dug up a couple seams and corners. I called David to see if he could do the repairs. On the phone he listened to my issue and made a good faith estimate based on the conversation. He was very accommodating in trying to schedule the repairs and was able to fit it in within the week. He called and confirmed the time the day before and again just before arriving. David and Matt were very pleasant and professional on arrival, going above and beyond, understanding about my rambunctious puppies. They were able to assess the situation and start work quickly. They did an excellent job, it looks great. The area was cleaner when they were done than when they started. His phone estimate was spot on and a very good deal. I would most definitely recommend Trinity Flooring for your flooring needs.

 + -1 moreDavid was responsive and helpful. He suggested where to go to choose materials but did not limit us. He returned to purchase the material to get a contractor's discount. They scheduled us immediately. We expected the job to take 1.5 to 2 days. They arrived shortly before 7:30 am and were totally done by 1 pm of the same day. The work was fabulous. They moved/replaced furniture and removed/replaced toilet, cleaned up after themselves, were professional, friendly and helpful and thorough. We would definitely use them in the future. We actually liked their work so much that we may have 3 other areas done.
Description of Work: Stretched carpets on 2 floors and replaced vinyl in kitchen and master bath.

 + -1 moreMy family room has carpeting on the floor that extends up the side of the wall. The carpeting on the floor was damaged by my dogs. I called David for help. He came and advised me on the most cost efficient way to handle the problem. Then he came and installed the carpeting. The job he did was great. David is a professional. He does a great job at an honest price.

 + 0 moreThis was an amazingly positive experience. Dave was professional from start to finish and his friendly, up-beat attitude made it a pleasure to have him around. He arrived promptly each day, carefully explained what he would be doing at each step and then proceeded to put in full day's work. His 17 years in the flooring industry gives him the experience to do things right the first time and his positive work ethic and his desire to please the customer are quite apparent in all that he does. Dave is a Christian and gives God the glory for being able to do quality work to provide for his family. As I stated before, my family and I are extremely pleased with the results and it was all at a fraction of the cost we would have paid elsewhere! I would highly recommend Trinity Flooring to anyone in the market for flooring! I am certain you won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: Dave Liberi of Trinity Flooring is a one man operation, handling everything from start to finish. After contacting him, he promptly came to my home, measured, and after I chose the carpet and tile I wanted, gave me an accurate estimate of my cost. Dave encouraged me to shop around so I that I could compare and see just how much I would be saving with him. I had already gotten estimates from 2 of the largest flooring retailers in the Valley. Trinity Flooring completely blew them out of the water!! Dave moved all of the furniture and appliances, removed the old carpet and padding. Placed new subfloor in two bathrooms, reset the toilets and replaced two heating registers. He continued to clean his work area at each step, and consistently paid meticulous attention to every detail. Dave installed high quality luxury vinyl tile in the kitchen, foyer, and in two bathrooms and bathroom closet. He installed stain resistant, high quality upgraded carpet and padding in the family room, stairway, dining room, formal living room, hallway, 3 bedrooms and 5 closets. My family and I are thrilled with the results! This has literally transformed our home!!
