terminix pest control

I am not happy with them. Basically they are almost impossible to catch up with. They were here immediately. I actually saw this online and I answered something online to get a free estimate. In a matter of minutes my phone rang and they came out the next day and the day after that they did the service. I had a problem with the financing of it. It took me, probably, two months to get it all straight. The people wouldn't call me back and they kept bouncing me back from one person to another and one company to another. They don't have a local company where you can just go to the office and talk to somebody. It was just a mess and I would not use them again. I finally had contact with one of their management people who finally did straighten everything out and was very apologetic and explained to me what was wrong. Apparently there was somebody else who had the same issue. They thought they had taken care of mine when they had taken care of somebody else's. I finally got it all straightened out and I would not recommend them. They do not return calls.

It's been a week now and I haven't seen one bug it was a little expensive but they did a good job as far as I can see

I have been using their services for about fifteen years. I have not had any problems and everything has been fine.

We have been using their services for decades since we moved into the house. As far as for the termite contract, they have been all right. We haven’t had any termite issues for them to a****. They sell other various services such as attic insulation. I accepted a pitch to have them complete attic insulation. I later found out that the work could have been done for a much less cost. They pitched the job with a sense of urgency that it needed to be done. The final cost was even lowered before we accepted the insulation job. After the work was done, I tried to contact them to get information regarding a tax rebate and they were unresponsive. We will still be use their services for the termite inspections, but not for any other services before researching what they are going to do and seeing what else is out there.

I am comfortable with Terminix Pest Control. They did a pretty good job. They show up on time.

I have been using them for 4 years. They are the only ones who take care of carpenter bees which is why I use them. I used to use Brown and I was really happy with them because they are more of an organic pest control place but they don’t do carpenter bees. Terminix pest is a better pest control service as they do carpenter bees.
