I called and made an appointment during my lunch hour. I drove 30 minutes (one way) to meet them. NO SHOW. They claim they tried to call me but the line was busy. I have a cell phone with call waiting. They then said that they dialed the wrong area code. Yet, they texted the same phone later. Then they said they couldn't get single hung windows because most companies aren't making them anymore. Yet, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. carry them as stock. AVOID STAR CITY HOME IMPROVEMENT. Don't waste your time or gas. NOT DEPENDABLE!
