Great experience, technician explained everything well.

This provider was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. We were very pleased with the service professional and product, just taken back a little by the price for 3 deadbolts and an hours worth of work. Again, on the upside, this provider does provide keys that cannot be copied.

Great job...very professional. And very clean. The door lock works perfect. Matched the lock to what I had in the house. Cannot remember how much I paid but it was reasonable. Would recommend this company for sure!

The installer showed up on time and installed the knobs and deadbolts in a timely manner. He was polite and professional. All locks are working well and seem to be good quality.

They have been very helpful and reasonable. From a price standpoint, they are very reasonable. They charged me $25 to pick the lock on the gun safe, which is insanely cheap. Security Lock & Key is definitely my go to locksmith here if I need one. They are sort of a family run business. They do a really good job. It's one of these mom and pop run family businesses that is reliable and reasonable. I would recommend them for the service, the quality and the price. I have recommended them to other people as well. We are not going to find a lesser expensive locksmith in the Roanoke area. I have had zero problems with them. I will even give them key numbers at work. They mail them to me and it works. I have never had to send one back because they didn't cut it right. I have gotten keys the next day at work.

We have contacted the provider to install a deadbolt on our main door entrance. We contacted the provider by email. The next day we got an answer with an approximate cost and various options.

Handled the purchase of the locks over the phone--the customer service rep ws very knowledgeable and worked to reduce my costs. Once the purchased locks arrived at Security Lock & Key, they called, set up an appointment to install the locks, and showed up and installed the locks at the appointed time (installing the locks took about 2 hours because of drilling the doors a bit to fit the newer locks).

They responded to my initial call very quickly and came out to the house; took pictures and measurements of the doors. He said he would research and e-mail me a quote. I called two times and have never received a quote, email or phone call.

They had excellent customer service on the initial purchase and when lightning struck my grandmothers house they got the needed replacement parts to give her piece of mind that she needed to feel safe quick!
