 + -1 moreWent extremely well. A really nice job. The carpeting looked a heckuva lot better. Carpet was just a little damp, not soaking as the prior company left it, Pricing was reasonable and they were on time and very courteous and professional. They explained what was wrong with the carpet and how they planned to fix. This was done in a way that the "layman" could understand. Robert was polite and efficient. This is a Christian company and they met our criteria of being trustworthy. We would/will hire again
Description of Work: Carpeting in 6 rooms, 2 hallways, and 1 stairway. I called Roberts Cleaning and Restoration and asked for suggestions on our carpeting that was just cleaned by another company resulting in an unacceptable job. So bad that my wife did not even want them to return and attempt to redo since the same equipment would be used. He made suggestions and we agreed on a date that he would come by and review the carpeting and inform what he would do. At that time if I wanted to proceed they would do it at that time. It was a go.

 + -1 moreRobert was here on time. He was very professional, polite, and courteous.. His helper, Buddy, was very professional, polite and courteous. He spent extra time to get stoubborn stains out. We were very pleased with the services. Will definitely be calling them again.
Description of Work: He cleaned the carpets in our living room, dining room, den, guest room, office, master bedroom, and he cleaned a sofa, loveseat, and chair.

 + -1 moreThis is not the first time I have used Roberts Carpet Cleaning services. He does a really nice job and did it quickly and efficiently. I I feel safe with him in my home-which is important when you have a stranger coming into your house.
Description of Work: Cleaned second floor carpets. Cleaned a downstairs carpet and two area rugs.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $99 special for 3 areas and added 2 more areas for an additional $45. Robert arrived 5 minutes early, had me show him the areas to be cleaned, including any areas with stains, and then he pre-spotted and spent 2 l/2 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms, a long hallway and a flight of stairs. He went over some areas two or three times to do the best cleaning job possible. He had truck mounted equipment which is always a more powerful motor. I was VERY happy with his services and would highly recommend his services. Even after all the time he spent, he said that after it dried, if I was unhappy with anything, I should call him to come back. I didn't need him to come back, but I appreciated that option.

He is in and out, and does a very thorough job and doesn't need any supervision or I need to worry about. I feel comfortable with his coming into my house. He makes me come in to my home and have a feeling that it's a lot better than it was. He is competent.
Description of Work: I have used Robert's Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning of the walk areas in my home and in my shop as well.

 + -1 moreI never had a problem with them. I am home alone during the day and he is one of those people whom I don't feel weird calling him home when I'm alone. He doesn't seem to be weird and it's important when you are home alone. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very timely, very professional and always gets all the spots of my kids from the carpets. His price is very reasonable considering what I have paid in the past to other people. I am okay with his price. I would rate him high overall as he is always punctual, courteous. He is never on the weird factor side and he is always very conscious of being in somebody's home. He always asks me questions if there is a concern about a stain or anything.
Description of Work: I use Robert's Carpet Cleaning all the time. The last time I used them was about two months ago before the holidays for cleaning all my carpets.
