When you call a person multiple times and send an email through his website portal and hear NOTHING, it is very frustrating. A call back would have been nice. Something! We found him through another contractor list and it spoke of how quickly he responded. However, we did not experience this. If you don't do the work anymore, then put something out there for the public!

They were unable to/didn't want to take pictures of the before and after work like they said they would (and I think its because they didn't clean all of my gutters, you know the hard to get-to ones, the reason I didn't clean them myself). They were also going to give me a quote on installing foam inserts to help out with leaves and trash but never did. I called back many times and the guy, Larry Puckett would never call back and would not return emails. I would not recommend him (If you can even get him on the phone).

We had an appointment scheduled for window cleaning and pressure washing, but the provider did not show up. I tried to phone him and I sent an email, but he never responded to either.

Larry was recommended by a friend. He called back the same day and we provided our address for a quote. He never showed up or called back to reschedule.

Roanoke Window Cleaning by Larry Puckett did a very good job and he did more than just clean the gutters. He worked around our time because he works nights.

Larry emailed me immediately after receiving my request, which was great. He said he would get out the following day for an estimate and that is the last I heard from him. I received no response when I sent him directions to my house. I consider this type of response unprofessional.
