Description of Work: I have had problems with my water heater. Another plumber had come out a few months earlier and diagnosed the problem as old shower head cartridges. But the problem of lack of hot water continued. Richardson discovered that one of the thermostats was not working properly. The previous plumber had checked the thermostats but missed the problem. The problem is now solved.

+ 0 moreI called them approx 10:00 am and they returned my call within a hour and made an appointment for sometime between 1:30 and 3:00 that same day. They showed up approx 1:20 and completed repair within 20 minutes. Both men were very nice and completed the repair no no fuss or mess.
Description of Work: Replaced pipe under my kitchen sink that had developed a leak(hole)

Description of Work: They ran a gas line to a new stove. They came in at the time scheduled. Covered the hardwood floor to prevent damage, connected the pipe, tested the connection and cleaned up. Price was higher than others but they were very professional and I would use them again.

+ 0 moreValves and regulator became defective and I wanted them replaced. Richardson visited the site and recommended the parts to use. They showed up the next day as promised and completed the job as promised. At the end of the job, they cleaned up. A year or so ago, I used them for a plugged drain that required snaking from a finished area of the house. Potentially very messy. I was impressed by how clean they kept my house and their equipment.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking valves, replaced defective pressure regulator.
