Mr. Humphries was an active agent in selling our home. He provided an open house the first day the house went on the market and was sure our home was listed on MLS correctly. He provided an MLS report for us to view on the activity on our home and provided useful information throughout the selling process. Once the home went under contract he provided expert help and advice with the inspections and any repairs necessary. He was with us every step of the way. He was professional, courteous, timely and very knowlegable in helping us get through the 'contract' and 'closing' process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

we used Richard for our home buying needs as he was referred to us by family and friends. the experience after our last realtor was night and day. Richard cared if we found a house that we loved and one that was safe for our family. he was sincere and went out of his way to help make things go smoothly as possible. he and all point in general were the nicest and most helpful group for home buying ever. they even gave us a nice welcome home basket that was full of all kinds of goodies. he went to bat for us with the homeowner and made sure we got what was deserved. i will never be able to thank him for his hard work and diligence. i came away with the home of my dreams and had the least amount of issues or problems that anyone else we know that has bought a home and used someone else. thank you everyone at all point but especially Richard.
