I called Perdue, and they came out the next day, gave an estimate, and then came to spray the very next day. No more termites! They were professional, punctual, and very reasonably priced. Very happy with the job they did.

Friday evening I saw several ants emerging from around my dishwasher. By several, I mean I counted over 100. I called Perdue and talked to Jeff (in a panic)about the problem and to find out how soon he could come and treat the area. He was able to come Saturday between 9 and 10 a.m. He arrived about 9:15 and identified the ants as carpenter ants immediately and explained why they were swarming. He sprayed where they emerged and several other areas that could be problematic. I also asked him about seeing some bees going in our porch ceiling which he said were carpenter bees and sprayed the holes they bored for when they returned in the warmer weather. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience explaining everything to me. Perdue is now on speed dial!

I'm paying about $100 a year for a termite certificate. It's something I inherited from the previous owner of the house where they did some kind of treatment for the home. I am just continuing that agreement with them; it was transferable. They really didn’t do any service for me per se. I know who they are and they send me a bill once a year to carry on an inspection. They have some sort of warranty for the service they had done for the previous owner. It sounds like a mom and pop operation. I've called them a couple of times. They haven't been able to really explain to me what their service and product entails; I'm still a little bit in the dark. If I had a bug problem, I would probably call them. I don’t think they have done a really great job at explaining what it is that they do and what they offer. When I first called them, they said they didn’t have to come out and look at my house, but that they can. I'm sure they know what they are doing. Their education to the customer is somewhat lacking. I haven't had any infestation problem that I have had them solve. I haven't been real satisfied with their ability to explain what they do. With regard to price, I've had other termite services before, and they are in line with the other services. With regard to quality, they explained that they do some kind of treatment for me. But they couldn’t tell me exactly where it was in the house. Their record keeping wasn't the best. With regard to responsiveness, somebody picks up the phone. They come out if we ask them to. They have come out when they said they were going to. With regard to professionalism, did they drill under the porch or behind the deck or did they find termites or not; I couldn’t get many details out of them.

We had noticed a few dead yellow jackets inside our house and on occasion a few live ones over a month long period of time. It was finally discovered where they were entering from the outside and getting inside the house envelope and they had a nest between the floors. It was located in an area where you had to crawl on your belly to get to. They were swarming and being allergic to bee stings it was decided to let the experts do it. We had used Perdue in the past so we called and they came that same day ( within the hour ) and dusted and sprayed. The owner explained what he was going to do ahead of time. Successful! I was told that if in 3 days there was evidence that they still existed they would return and redo at no additional expense. Jeff ( the new owner ) was the one who came and did the service. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was early for the appointment, guy was very nice and knowledgeable. Quickly done and haven't seen any bugs since!

I like them because they don’t do more than they have to, and they try to use more natural pesticides when they can. They do a good job, and don’t try to sell me stuff that I don’t need. I feel their prices are reasonable for what they do. We don’t see them very often because they do a good job. The last time I called them, they did an inspection at my restaurant after I had remodeled it. They did some spraying inside. They don’t make long contracts with us so that we have to pay them to keep coming back. The people who provide the service are very nice and knowledgeable. They really try to help me and seem very honest. If I ever have any pest problems, I will call them again.

They have been great and we have been very satisfied with their work. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They are very customer courteous and thorough. They do business the way it should be done.
