Description of Work: I had a sump pump battery pack quit working. It took me a while to find someone who felt confident enough to tease arch what was needed as the part of the battery pack had to be replaced and calibrated. I found a replacement battery at advance auto. Jason did a great job with the research, ordered the part and came back to install the part. The company contacted me to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my house. He was so nice and my sump is working. They offer plumbing and electrical services. I will be using them again!

Description of Work: Put a basement air conditioner, used for air circulation by an allergic member of the household, on a separate circuit to stop frequent power outages. The service was excellent, prompt and courteous. The cost was more than anticipated.

Description of Work: I was remodeling a basement bathroom. Jason came in and did outstanding job with the plumbing and Daniel hooked the light fixture up. He was scheduled to hook-up the bath exhaust fan but after inspection, it was discovered that the previous contractor never ducted the old exhaust fan. Honest contractors are very hard to find! Lots of contractors would have hooked it up and said nothing. I like Ostrom's upfront pricing policy! No surprise Bills!

Description of Work: We got an estimate for some installation work. They were punctual and professional in coming to give the estimate. The price was good but we ended up selecting a different company as the estimator was a little vague on the cost of one part of the project.
