basement remodeling
+ -1 moreBarry was very methodical in his approach and has a keen eye for quality. He made sure things were done right, and was quick to resolve any of our concerns. On several occassions Barry called me and asked my wife and I if we were happy with the job he had done and that he would be glad to come out and and make any corrections that we needed. He has an 'old school' work ethic which I found very refreshing, and not only do I have a new contractor for house work, I made a very good friend in the process.
Description of Work: Barry completely framed , tiled and painted our basement for a very reasonable price. He was very responsive for additional items we wanted added as we progressed through the project. In addition, he ran several additional electrical outlets in our basement. My wife and I are very pleased at Barry's professionalism, punctuality, and price with this project. Whenever I need work done on my home, I will not hesitate to call Barry. The amount of area serviced was roughly 2000 sq ft: Services performed: Dry walled basement walls and ceiling Several additional Electrical outlets installed (wiring run) Basement floor tiled and sealed Rooms insulated Walls and ceiling fully painted 6 ceiling lights installed 6 doors installed In addition, he provides a lawn/landscaping service and takes a lot of pride with quality.
