Our realtor Erin Reed was absolutely fantastic. She was always a phone call or email away, prompt and responsive. With both of us working full-time it was important for us to be able to see houses after 5 pm on weekdays or on the weekends. Erin was happy to accommodate our schedules. Not only did she find us a great home, she also put us in contact with other service providers. Erin was instrumental in making our first home-buying experience a pleasant one. At a time when the housing market is slow it is important to find a customer service oriented realtor/realty company. We chose Randy due to a home we purchased which he was the listing agent. We hired the agent that was representing the seller of the home we bought. Reason being, we saw how he always took the sellers interest ser iously while he still watched out for us. Randy has done an awesome job! We have never wondered if he was watching what was going on in the area where the home for sale was located. Each week he sent us a very detailed market analysis on what the area was doing. It was listed before the holidays and even though there was not much foot traffic, Randy kept us informed about the website hits. We got an offer and Randy walked us through the negotiations. We are set to close on 4/30 and everthing is moving along smoothly. I can't say enough about Randy Duncan and Lichtenstein Rowan REALTORS. Customer service excellence! We were always able to reach Randy if we had a question or concern. He is genuine and hard working. His honesty and professionalism is apparent from the moment you meet him. We have another home to sell and Randy Duncan will be our agent again!

Randy Duncan had a house listed that we were interested in. We did not have a realtor representing us. We questioned him as to whether he could be fair with us while representing the seller. Randy assured us he could do it. Randy did an awesome job! We always felt like he was looking out for everyone involved. All the while being careful to take care of his client the homeowner. We purchased the house for a good price and we were so pleased how smooth everthing went. We closed on 8/30/12 and we were all happy and pleased with the job Randy did. We were so pleased that we hired him to sell a home for us. I'll write another review for that. I recommend Randy Duncan and Lichtenstein Rowan REALTORS.

This agent negotiated a contract with us for her clients and initially was pleasant and professional. A home inspector reported that there were multiple signs of water in the basement. His pictures showed twelve nickel sized drops of water in different areas of the basement. these appeared after several days of rain. The agent requested permission for her to bring in a basement waterproofing co to get a quote on the installation of a waterproofing system. We agreed to allow her to do so. She brought a co in on a Wed and verbally provided his quote to us late on Thursday. Despite several requests, we didn't receive the written quote until Friday. His quote was to install a complete system around the entire perimeter of the basement. I called on several companies on Thursday afternoon, the first company informed me that they had already been to my house per the buyers agent the day previous. I was unaware of which company had provided the quote as I hadn't received the hard copy of the quote as the agent was slow to respond to our request for the paperwork. When I spoke to the company representative that had made the quote, he said there was no water in the basement at the time of his visit, and that the agent showed him the inspectors pictures from which he based his quote. I called a second company for a quote, explained the situation that we selling the house and the buyer was requesting a quote. The owner of this company informed me that he had received a call from the buyers agent for him to provide her a quote for her buyers. When he explained that he only works for the sellers, and suggested she request us to be present for the home visit/quote, she became aggressive. She refused to ask us to be present and he refused to come to our house without our being present. I asked him to come to the house to provide me with a quote, which he did. Based upon our past experience with little to no rain in the basement after storms, he recommended installation of a partial system for areas where there were stains of past water, as well as a precautionary installment of a back door drain and an additional sump pump. As The first quote I received was on a Friday, and we were unable to obtain additional quotes before or over the weekend, we took the three business days to respond to her request to do our due diligence. We obtained our second quote the following Monday and he was in agreement that we only needed a partial basement system. We responded to the buyers agent on the third business day. When our agent provided her with our quotes and offer to pay for the installment of a partial system, she became verbally aggressive, and chastised him for taking three days to respond. I feel that her behavior to the second company she called was unprofessional and that she was attempting to influence the result. Per our agent she became more and more verbally aggressive, condescending and unprofessional as we progressed through the negotiation process. Even to the point of ignoring emails and phones calls from our agent when we hadn't received a response from her on behalf of her clients over several days. We ultimately withdrew from the contract negotiations due to her behavior and stall tactics, which caused her clients this house. Had she been less arrogant we would have been more willing to negotiate with her/her clients. As it stands we installed the partial system and despite continual heavy rains, have not had any water problems. We were fortunate to find another buyer shortly thereafter.
