Iris and her team were outstanding! My house is soooooo clean. The team worked quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Iris was more than willing to come out to Moneta, VA from Roanoke, too. I have hired them on a recurring basis now, and am so relieved to have finally found such a wonderful, friendly team!

They did the big first time cleaning and my home looks spectacular - everything sparkles and they really got into some areas that are hard to get to. This cleaning even included the stove and refrigerator (which haven't looked so clean since we bought them). So impressed, have hired them for bimonthly cleanings from now on. Very friendly.

Spoke to owner and set up a time for a quote. She sent a text saying she would be there in 20 minutes an hour and a half later never showed answered phone or responded to texts. Very unprofessional.

I desperately needed someone to clean my house as I am disabled and unable to do it myself. I was very pleased with her service. She did a very thorough job cleaning- as good of a job as I would do. She would text or phone to make sure the time she was coming was correct and she was very punctual. I am using her now on a regular schedule and I would definitely recommend her to clean your home.

I hired Iris's Cleaning Service to do a deep cleaning of our home (a large 100 yr. old house) with many obscure areas that are not included in routine cleaning.I have yet to find an area Iris and her staff had not scoured, vacuumed, deodorized, disinfected and left dirt and dust free. They used ladders of varying heights to reach all levels. They were creative in using effective methods and products to leave my house not only clean,but smelling fresh. They lifted large persian rugs, vacuumed both sides, cleaned the oak floors underneath (not easy), leaving them looking new again. They exceeded my expectations. They are not only professionals but they are very nice people. I plan to having them back on a regular weekly schedule.

It went wonderfully. Initial deep cleaning even included cleaning the refrigerator (including removing our of date items) and cleaning the oven. It was awesome. It's so nice to have my house clean on a regular basis. It even smells clean. They don't miss a thing. Even dusted my very large plant in the living room. It's also easy to keep relatively clean between times Iris' Cleaning Service comes to clean. I actually don't let the clutter build up anymore.

Iris met with us to estimate the project cost. She was clearly knowledgeable and accurate in her estimate. She even made useful suggestions about issues we had not thought of. We could not be more pleased with the thoroughness of her work and that of her sister. They did exactly what they promised to do with energy and respect. Their knowledge of how to clean well and with nontoxic supplies was impressive. We plan to hire them for regular cleaning.

Iris and her team are phenomenal. The deep cleaning service was an excellent value, and we intend to have them come back for regular cleanings now as well. Great! Iris came out the day I phoned her to give me an estimate and started the next week. She has been here 3 times and does a good job! Once she came alone, but the other 2 times her sister came with her. She listens to what you want done, is very friendly, and does a good job. She will text you the day prior to your cleanings to remind you that she is coming if you are interested.

Wow, when my husband asked what I wanted for Xmas I said a housekeeper. Iris Cleaning Services showed up and made my Xmas gift the best ever. They are fantastic.

Iris' cleaning has done both a deep seasonal cleaning and bi-weekly cleaning for us. Friendly and efficient! She provides the equipment and cleaning products which she chooses with care. Mindful of the finish (sheen, shine or matte) and scent the cleaning solution leaves behind. Iris is flexible and works around our schedules.
