Bryan Cull came out for the first estimate for a repair to the master bedroom closet. I received the estimate on 3/31/14 and told him I would like for him to do the job. He said he would be out the next Friday, but never came. After calling him again, he finally contacted me on 4/22/14 to say that he had been in the hospital and to let him know if I wanted him to still do the job. I had already hired someone else to do the closet job, but understanding he had been in the hospital, I thought I would give him another chance, so I asked that he come by and give me an estimate on a siding job. He never came by and never contacted me again.

Great job! Much nicer than the dining room that my brother in law did.

Bryan scheduled an appointment within a couple days of me contacting him. I showed him the various projects I needed completed. He dropped off an estimate in a couple of days, and started work about 3 weeks later (which we had discussed). Throughout the project he kept in contact through phone calls or emails. The skylight turned out to have a defect. When I contacted Bryan to tell him it was leaking, he arranged to stop by the next day. he re-sealed and re-flashed the skylight, but it still leaked. I let him know, and again he showed up the next work day. At that point it was clear that it was a defect with the skylight. He caulked the frame, and he followed up with me after the next rain to see if there were any issues. He made it clear that if the issue wasn't resolved he would replace the skylight. I've been very pleased with the work Bryan completed and his professionalism, and would definitely use him again.

We hired this company to build a built in bookcase/desk for us. Originally very responsive to phone calls and/or emails but once we signed the contract and paid for materials, found them to be unresponsive to calls. We received an email on 4/14/10, saying they would coming for install either 4/19 or 4/20 and have not heard from them since. Now emails are not going thru and all phone calls go directly to voice mail.
