+ -1 moreTheir price was reasonable, installation was pain-free, and they did a good job. We're perfectly satisfied and would use them again. Pricing was probably number one on our list and their price was very competitive, and we were happy with it. For quality, it's held up so far; no problems. They were really very good to work with. They scheduled it and then showed up on time. Were they polite, courteous, and professional? Yes.
Description of Work: They replaced carpeting, so they removed the old carpeting and installed new carpeting.

+ 1 moreis still in limbo, not finished, cannot get Home Depot to call back
Description of Work: bought Pergo laminate on 5/13/17 told flooring dept that it was concrete floor, measuring company came out and said couldn't install moisture too high went to Home Depot to reorder floor got tile and grout for same price, was waiting for installers, called Home Depot, the schduler Mr Lubinski said would have to deal with them directly...called them, said had death in family they put off for 24 hrs, on 6/7/17 called installers again and they said they would be there, finally showed up 2 hrs late, laid floor, said grouting to be done 6/8/17,,,installers never showed, install company kept putting me on hold, Home Depot said would call back job still half done with no grout

We had tried using another designer at Home Depot at another location as well as another big box store and hated the way we were pushed into designs and products well over our price point. We stumbled upon Bob and could not be more pleased. He worked diligently on working out a design that fit our needs both in price and function while keeping it modern and high end looking. He called us back when promised, made great suggestions, and was flexible with last minute design changes. Highly recommend to anyone needing design services for kitchen or bath (we are planning on using him next to design our bathroom remodel). A+ service!
