The team of three individuals did an excellent job in cleaning up my home that had not been addressed for several months. During and after they left I checked most carefully and found every nook and cranny cleaned to my satisfaction. I recommend them to you.

Kwan & Brittany have done an exquisite job ( as their name says ) they are very respectful and very knowledgeable and thorough. I did not realize how dirty my house was until they started too clean it. I never knew they were going to even move the furniture. Today is my first day using them and I have not regretted using them. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and if your reading this review do not hesitate calling them I guarantee you will never regret it. Kwan and his team are very professional, very friendly and reliable. I have lived in Roanoke for 8 years and they are the best house cleaning service I have had. They left my house sparkling clean and smelling great. The first time they cleaned my home, Kwan followed up with a phone call to see if we were satisfied and if there was anything they could do. differently the next time. Needless to say, I have scheduled them on a regular basis. I would highly recommend them to clean your home!

They are doing general cleaning for our 2,000 sq ft home. Cheerful, organized with professional trolly and all the equipment needed for the job. Asked what products I wanted them to use on granite, etc. walked us through when they were done, showing us what they had done and asking if we wanted anything else done or done differently. They even cleaned my oven!!

I have a 4000 sq ft home and I hired a company last yr and I was not pleased. I rated them a 1 star but HHEC I really applaud the team. They worked together and friendly. I love how the 2 gentleman tackled higher and lower levels of the deep cleaning and the 2 females focused on bathroom and kitchen area. I literally watch!! Let me explain. Walls, baseboards, ledges, corners, edges I could go on His and hers exquisite cleaning. Exquisite speaks volumes!!!

They were extremely professional, timely and friendly. They executed the job very well. I did have a small issue with a cleaning in one of the bathrooms and they were extremely willing to come out and rectify the issue. I am very pleased with their exceptional customer service and willingness to correct the issue with haste. They were a family like crew that showed the utmost care and respect to us and our house. We've never had our house professionally cleaned. They came in and cleaned/sanitized our entire house. It felt so good to meet them, let them in, leave, and come back to a spotless house!
