Robbin and her crew did a great job! My planting beds were so overgrown with weeds that it would have taken me at least a week to cut and remove everything. They finished the entire job in less than two days and cleaned everything before they left the scene. They even changed the bulbs in my security lights at no charge. The lights are mounted on the front and back of the house, about 25 feet up. I didn't have a ladder that long to do it myself, so their efforts were appreciated. I was so pleased with Robbin's work that I hired her to do my regular lawn service. My only complaint was the poor communication. She was late with her estimate and arrived for work a day late, without a call or email to advise me. I've grown used to that kind of customer response here in Roanoke. As a professional communicator and small business owner, I'd never treat a customer or potential customer that way. You've got to keep the customer informed!
