Description of Work: I needed an HVAC system installed to get AC and replace my radiator boiler system. I got 4 quotes and with each quote, the price dropped by $3,000. I thought that was odd. And none of them will give a cost of the line items, meaning, they basically just make up a number they think you will pay. But I basically just went down the list here on Angie's List. Andy Goff was great, I really have no complaints with him, and he was very flexible as far as working with my schedule and helping me get my costs down (I cut my own holes for the vents and air returns, because it was easy, just time consuming). He even did a couple of things extra that I said I would try to do, after he gave me the quote and didn't charge extra for the work (again, pretty sure they just make up a number they think you will pay). However, the guys he had doing most, if not all the work we polite, but never cleaned up after themselves (hence the D for professionalism). I will admit, I have a few projects going on and my house isn't the cleanest because of it, but where they were working, there was always dirt and insulation, and they never cleaned it up after they were done for the day. And these were main areas too where we had to walk through, and sleep in. I didn't say anything though since they did do a few extra things that I was supposed to do, and my house wasn't exactly clean to begin with, but I would still expect them to sweep up all the extra insulation on the floor. So I would recommend their business, as they were the cheapest, and the HVAC system works great, but I would definitely mention something about cleaning up after a days work.
