Franklin & Son Septic Tank

The experience was not so good. It was a commercial enterprise and I had a number of tanks for them to pump. They did the first couple and then never came back so, they didn't complete the job. I was not happy on how they did some work. I wouldn't recommend them. They just weren't interested in doing the whole job. They started and then they just stop. I've never heard from them. I had to call them to have them come back and finish the repair that they started. They left one of the lids off the tank underneath the guys house and it was stinking pretty bad.

Hired him to empty-service the septic tanks for my mobile home park. Showed up and started out fine. Did not finish but was to come back. Has been spotty in the comebacks and finishing of the job however no further bill has been required either. Jury is out on the quality of the job until my manager can check the final tally of tanks done vs the number of tanks present. To date not finished and in my opinion should have by now. I have only been charged for the first series of tanks emptied and I should owe more by now but I have not been billed or contacted by the company since last month (early August 2012)

I like this team! I have used them twice, with satisfying results. They are available 24/7 and show up promptly, and are very pleasant. I did downgrade them a bit in professionalism, as they had to be in and out of my basement (the floor drain is right outside the basement door in the outer stairwell) to do this work, and left muddy footprints just inside the door, which they did not clean up before leaving. The prompt and effective job they did was worth this tradeoff, however. I recommend this company; just have a mop handy!
