+ 1 moreThey should be more explicit about their area served. I had to fill out MY information to get a response from them in the form of a phone call. When I said it was in McCoy he said we don't serve that area- thanks for thinking of them.
Description of Work: Siding and gutter repairs- their ad says they cover Blacksburg area- our property has a Blacksburg address but is in the hamlet of McCoy.

+ -1 moreGraeme (owner of Empire Siding & Windows) was very prompt about ordering replacement windows at no cost to me. They came in quickly (less than 2 weeks) and Graeme came himself to change out the old windows with the new. He was very courteous and installed the new windows quickly, removing & hauling off the old windows, He even cleaned the windows for me.I was very happy with the no hassle, replacement guarantee. Description of Work: In 2010, I had my whole house's windows replaced by Empire Siding & Windows. The windows were guaranteed. In Oct of 2016, I called to report that 6 of the larger windows had small spots showing up inside the double panes. They needed to be replaced.

+ 0 moreThey came out and gave a estimate, we agreed to their estimate and they came out on date promised. We had vinyl replacement windows installed. Excellent job installing our new windows, no mess left , went over how to work the flip in easy to clean feature,done for price quoted. Excellent quality windows, as promised we save on heat and AC bill love the easy to clean, less outside noise coming in . Can't say enough good things about Graeme Andersen and Empire Siding and Windows. Getting ready to call them to have French doors replaced.

+ -1 moreWe did a complete window replacement. Graeme let us know from the beginning how it would work. The installers were efficient, clean and pleasant. The screens came in not of the proper configuration. Graeme would not rest until we were satisfied. Even though it was not their fault, nor really their issue, he followed through until the end. Nice folks, fair price. Not the cheapest, but by far and away better service than other window contractors we have worked with in the past.
