From, the minute I called to set up an estimate, Mr. Eades was so professional and dependable. He was on time for the estimate and for the job itself. He did a beautiful tile job and was very reasonable. While at the house, I had a question on an unrelated problem I had with our sink and he fixed that while he was there. l would recommend him for any job and I will definitely use him whenever I need a tile job done or plumbing. It is hard to find a person like this to do a job for you. He put covers down to keep the cleanup at a minimum. I have no negatives about him. Use him and I think you will be very satisfied.

Kitchen sink was slow dto drain. He ran a snake through the drain and cleared out the pipe. he also found that the breather for the pipe was bad. He had one on his truck but he found that the new part was defective. He showed me where it went on the pipe and how to install it. I will go tomorrow and get a new one. This will save me another service call. He made sure that the main line going to the septic was clear. He gave me tips on some other plumbing problems and some easy fixes that I could do if I wanted to help save me money. He was very professional and I would use him again for any other plumbing problems that I couldn't fix myself. He had a very busy schedule and was totally booked up for the week but since mine wasn't an emergency he worked with me and was able to squeeze me in this week instead of waiting another week. I appreciated his efforts. I highly recommend him. His price was very reasonable also.

James was punctual and completed everything we asked within the agreed price range. It took a little longer than expected, but additional supplies were needed during the project, so it was understandable. The invoice was very detailed and itemized. James took time to ensure we were satisfied and explained everything we needed to know about the systems and any applicable warranties. I called Eades Plumbing after reading reviews on Angie's List. The repairs I needed were not an emergency so I left a message. The owner, Jim Eades returned my call the next morning to set up a time and day to do the repairs. The day was a few out at 9:30 in the morning. Jim called at 9:30 saying he was running late on his previous job and would arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did. Jim brought an assistant and they repaired a broken faucet in my garage/workshop. He also looked for a gas leak in my heater. He found the leak and tightened the fitting, which solved the problem. Since I was a first time customer and Angie's List member, he only charged me for one job, rather than the two. I liked the fact that he gave a precise arrival time, rather than morning/afternoon.

Jim was very helpful in determining the best way to approach the cracking grout problem. He and his assistant were professional, did quality work, and took care to protect the floors & the rest of the house.

I was very pleased with the work Jim did. He was the true professional from the time I first talked to him through the completion of the job. I contacted him on Tuesday and told him what I needed he gave me an approximate time range of when he would arrive on Wednesday. He told me on Tuesday that he had two other jobs to complete before mine but felt that he would be able to complete them and still be at my house within the time range and when he was not going to make that range he called and told me with more specific details. (He only missed his estimated original time by 20 minutes but still called). Before making the repairs he gave me suggestions and alternatives, with specific details, before proceeding. After completing the repairs he did a thorough job of cleaning up. I am going to recommend him to friends, relatives and neighbors and will certainly be using him in the future.

They were prompt, thorough and reasonable. They went above and beyond the call of duty! I had almost finished putting linoleum tile on the floor except around the toilet. They finished that as well as mounting the vanity to the wall, neither of which was in the original scope of work. Awesome!!!

In regards to the back splash Eades Plumbing did a fantastic job. After the estimate they told me they would be back in about two weeks and they actually were able to do it sooner. They did a beautiful job and suggested a change in the pattern of the tile when what we originally decided on wasn't going to look as good as what he finished with. The price for this job was very reasonable. The faucet and spout replacement that he did for me was also done efficiently and without problems. They had to remove the sink to get to the rusted on bolts of the old faucet and handle but replaced and caulked around the sink afterwards. It all looks brand new now. Jim Eades and his assistant are clean, professional, punctual and do excellent work. I highly recommend this Company for any tile or plumbing project that you may have.

We were impressed. We enjoyed them very much. It was very good. He is excellent on everything. To put the toilet, to buy the toilet and put the toilet in, take the toilet out and take it with them, they charged $200. I didn't have to do anything. i just had to show up and open the door. He is very, very neat. I would never even know he was in there. He was an A+. He called when he has an emergency. He was supposed to be here. He let us know that he wasn't going to make it. Then, we rescheduled which I appreciated. I would use them in the future.

Jim Eades was professional and easy to work with. He answered my questions and even took care of a couple of small items without charging me extra. He took care of an inspection I wasn't aware I would need. Overall, I was very satisfied with his work.

His name is Jim Eades. He returned my call. He was here when he said he would be here. He gave me an estimate and when I was finished, I paid him what the estimate was. He did a beautiful job. I was also able to get the materials that I wanted, and all I had to do was pay for him on the installation. He would have been willing to get the materials for me, but I had specific ideas for that.

I called Jim Eades for a quote over the telephone to replace two 50 gallon hot water heaters. He gave me a very fair price so I set up a service call with him. Before he came I requested that he replace the 2 heaters with one 80 gallon tank. Jim is extremely professional and prompt on the telephone and set up a time in the afternoon (same day as call) to come out to do the work. Jim arrived exactly on time and even called when he was about 15 min out. I cannot praise him enough he really knows his stuff and did an excellent job at a very good price. The heaters were replaced and the work was top notch. He left the area (heaters were in an upstairs bedroom closet) very neat and clean. I WOULD USE JIM EADES WITHOUT HESITATION.
