Description of Work: Very professional and courteous, works efficiently and knows what he is doing. Service call price expensive but has done work for me twice and fixed problems quickly and effectively. Happy with services performed but definitely need to budget - I am sure there are cheaper options out there (but don't know if cheaper options would be equally as effective). | |Showed up late both times but placed telephone calls before arriving and made sure it was ok to show up later, apologized for being late (which is more than sufficient for me, as I don't expect it is easy to remain perfectly on schedule unless not busy). | |Overall, pleased and plan to use again.

Description of Work: They built a new tiled shower to replace a smaller plastic shower which involved replacing floor drain, building a wall and reconfiguring some plumbing. Had the shower done in 6x3 inch white subway tile and the tile work is beautifully done. |Everything was very well done. Mr. Eades and his helper were friendly,professional, punctual and did all the work on schedule and cost was $100 dollars below his estimate. We absolutely love the new shower. Mr. Eades is a master plumber and does excellent quality work. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Repair to shower (no hot water). While they were there I had them repair a leaking toilet. They were timely: showed up on time; quick on the repair, Didn't charge for the shower part because of Moen lifetime guarantee (I didn't know about the guarantee, they could have charged me for it). My only concern: Work after 5:00 or on weekends come with an extra charge. At least this was explained when the time was set. Very happy with the work and the final price.

Description of Work: I had a sink drain in one bathroom completely stopped up and a very slow drain in the bathtub of another. I had been able to clear these in the past myself, but this time I could not. Eades Plumbing responded promptly to my initial call, came the next day, quickly cleared the two drains, and cleaned up all the mess. I had to pay a bit of premium to have them come from Roanoke to Blacksburg, but the excellent service was worth it.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in shower wall and under house. Leak had caused mold and low water pressure. Work was done at my son's house. He was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: They checked the drain lines in the basement with a plumbing snake, followed the line outside and marked it. | |We were very pleased with the service. He called when he was going to be later than confirmed. The crew was very efficient, professional and tidy.

Description of Work: I called and left a message and my call was returned in a timely manner by Jim Eades. Though my case was not emergent, he immediately set up an appointment within 24 hours. On the phone he was forthright about possible cost (outside of the free estimate), based on my situation. We set a time and he was here on time. Found the issue and fixed it in the spot. I was unable to be at house, so my wife was present and she found he and his colleagues to be very courtesy, polite and very efficient. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to call again if any additional plumbing issues arise.

Description of Work: The workers left tools on the worksite and had to return the next day. The floor at cleanout was left in a filthy mess and had to be cleaned up.
