From my first contact with the company I was comfortable talking to the representatives. The company representative that came to do the estimate for the work was very knowledgeable, he used language I understood without talking "down" to me and he made me feel like a valued customer from our first handshake. He carefully looked at the areas of concern, the visible coated ducts, and said that his work crew would look for other ducts in the basement and crawl space that could be coated in asbestos. A couple of days after the on-site visit I received an estimate and I coordinated with the representative in the office to schedule the date and time to remove the asbestos coated duct work. The company employees maintained contact with me by phone and email, as I had to travel out-of-state to coordinate the movement of my household goods to this house. The company representatives were responsive to my questions, friendly, and very easy to work with to coordinate and complete my project. The company representative that did the estimate called during the afternoon on the day of the job and asked if he could review the areas of concern with the supervisor that would be in charge during the project later that day. The removal crew arrived on-time and completed their work in a safe manner. I paid for third party testing of the air quality after the asbestos removal was complete. The cost of service included the $450 cost for independent air quality testing after the project was completed. When I entered the basement you could not even tell they had done any work, except for the fact that the duct work which was coated with asbestos was gone! They cleaned up after themselves, they did they job they were there to complete and they did it in a safe, quick, and efficient manner. The project went as the company representative described on the day of the estimate.
