The service is fine and we have had no issues. One exterminator comes out and they treat for mice. They put traps down and they come out for us every other month.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I've never seen a bug in my house other than the normal ones that fly in. come in with the dog or come out on your clothes.

The inspection came with the agreement to re-check for termites in that one year period. The paperwork was signed on March, 2012 to lat until March 2013. On January 2013 (two months short of a year) we received paperwork advising a representative would be in that area on 1-15-13 to perform the annual reinspection. Why it was not closer to March when the snow would be gone is not known. I am not an expert on termites, but wouldn't the cold keep them at bay? And around the same time of the reinspection, I was invoiced for $95.00 to cover the period of time from 3/13 to 3/14. But that was still two months away from my first year agreement. What calendar are they using? Nevertheless, the inspector arrived (per the paperwork left behind for the tenants to view) and did an inspection. I was never informed that the tenants were not home. I was never called and advised that the rep from Dodson needed to complete the inspection by getting inside the rental property. Above his signature the technician wrote "inspected outside/OK. But this is almost misleading because above his comments it says on the paperwork "TECHNICIAH HAS PERFORMED THE ANNUAL INSPECTIONAND/OR SERVICE ON THE ABOVE PROPERTY." Emphasis on "HAS." My greatest concern is the lack of integrity involved here. Did I pay for a complete inspection or not? Had the paperwork not been left with the tenants would I have been led to believe all was done per the signed agreement? The paperwork left behind at the property has a box that was checked by the rep that read: "no active visible evidence of covered WDO(s) observed." Later on, as I said, I found out the representative never gained access into the rental property. How does a person check off on an area that was never inspected? How does a rep from Dodson check off a box when the inside of the property was NOT inspected? NO ONE from Dodson ADVISED US that only a partial inspection was performed. NO ONE from Dodson advised me they could not get into the property. Yet the paperwork said no active visible evidence was observed on the inside of the house? The only way we found this out was because the representative left the "customer copy" (the small yelllow piece of paper) at the rental property so the tenants could mail it to me. Like I want personal information left with tenants? I called and complained to the office and I was told a rep would get back with me. This was on a Tuesday. It was not until Friday of the following week that the man called and left a message. Really? Is this common for a rep from Dodson to take ten days to return a telephone call when the customer is upset? They did not inspect the inside! This is problematic since the charges we paid upfront for a reinspection agreement were both inside AND outside, right?

The office staff and technician were professional, prompt and thorough.

Their price is reasonable. The quality of their work is excellent. I feel that everything is being covered in terms of termite control and making sure that no damage has been done to my house.

I have been using them since 1994. They are very thorough, dependable, punctual and friendly. I do not have any problems with them.

We used them because they are local. They have been very prompt, courteous and clean. We have been very pleased with them. They are good and reasonably priced. Their price is very competitive. They come out free of charge if you have any special problems or questions between their services.

I liked that they had a longer warranty on their products than some other companies, and also their product was cheaper per square foot. They came out the next day that I called them. They did what they had to do, and they didn't even tell me when they came back to finish and they just did the job and sent me a bill. Everything was really smooth with them. I would rate them the highest across the board and I would use their services in the future.

What you pay depends upon what they are coming out for. If they spray, it is around $600 including the yearly contract that you can do for an additional $99 year for maintenance once a year. If you need a letter of certification, it is around $70. I just found them in the phone book. They are prompt and came out. I have used them for other homes. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them.

We live out in the woods and so we have spiders, mice and all sorts of things. Mice are always trying to get into the house. I Just had them do an annual termite inspection a month or so ago and then a follow up every couple of months. I am very satisfied with the work they do. They guy's name is Eric and he calls us a day before he shows up. He is a real personable guy and I think he is from Norway. My wife has some family in Finland and so they have a personal connection. He is fine and I have no complaints what so ever. I really haven't compared his price. The quality of work is good and I have a play house where my kids play in and he sprayed around that too.

Dodson Bros. Pest Control is excellent. They are professional and inspect as they are spraying for bugs and let you know if they find anything. The last time the technician saw a mouse outside in the backyard and let us know to keep an eye out if anything shows up inside. I am extremely happy with Dodson Bros. and continue to use them.
