Never did actually for the work to be done.

We bought a gas vent free fireplace from Dixie Products and one of their contractors installed the fireplace; the contractor's work was about a B.

Provider suggested products that were within our reach, against higher priced ones He gave suggestions for self installation. Including safety check of existing chemney (I have had experiance working with Propane) Offered to have someone come out and check unit before lighting up.

They did very good work, but the crew was somewhat surly (shouting at each other, with a good deal of profanity). They were fair about cleaning up after themselves.

Essentialy he sat down and simply showed me how to do it properly. But since every time one comes out they will charge close to $100, my service person suggested to do a service (which was nice to suggest) and changed a switch. I was very happy with the service provided and found him to be very competent and reliable. I will stay with Dixie. Thank you!

Excellent and guick. Took under an hour for both doors.

Associate came out to give us an estimate on replacing our existing garage doors. He was very friendly and professional, no hard sell, but took time to answer our questions and show us samples. We ordered the doors and were very pleased with the service, quality and the attention to detail. The doors looked exactly like we thought the would and are operating very well. In install crew was very neat and left the area clean and clear of all debris. We also had a keypad installed.

The whole experiene was great from the first time we walked in the store. They knew their product,explained how to use Enviro insert. Works just as told it would.

We weren't sure what we wanted, and the salesperson was extremely helpful, listened to our needs, and gave us thorough information so that we could make a good, informed decision. They also assured that we had all of the material we would need to convert our home from a standard wood stove to the direct vent propane stove.

All I can say is that it went great ! we are very happy customers. I would have no problem recommending them.

Very pleased with their service and their price. Technician showed up at the scheduled appointment time, got the work done promptly and cleanly and there were no surprises.

We called on a Monday and were told that the technician was off that day but would call us back on Tuesday. We received a phone call around 8:30am Tuesday morning and he came to house early afternoon right at the time that was agreed upon. He did need an additional part and made arrangements to return early the next morning. He arrived on time again and got the part replaced quickly and did a very nice looking job with it. (I thought we were going to have to drill holes through the door to properly secure the bracket but he got it done without having any exterior signs of the work). On a related note, we also had them repair our garage a little more than a year ago when the spring broke. It was an enclosed tube spring for a double garage and they were one of the only companies I could find that could even do the work. That work was also done on time and at a very reasonable price. I will continue to call on them anytime I need any work done on my garage door and have referred them other friends and family.

We are currently having an issue with the logs cutting in and out, and I am having a little trouble getting the service men out. They did come when they said they were going to and were punctual with the initial visit.

They were pleasant and responsible. When a piece appeared not to fit correctly, they hammered me out a customized piece to replace the frontal bit that was not sized right at no extra charge. They were a little pricey.

My garage door spring snapped and we use that door for our primary entry and exit from the house. We called them and they came out and fixed it the first time.

The gentleman that came out did a wonderful job. I don't know anything about garage door openers so he told me the one he wanted to put in and that it was a good one. He was there when he said he would be. He didn't tie up my time. He was very efficient and very quick. I did have a few issues with the garage door opener and I called him back. He was right there and took care of it. The price was very reasonable and it wasn't outrageous. They were recommended to me. I didn't do any other estimates. He was very punctual and I would use him again.

The job went very well and I had no complaints at all. They did what they were supposed to do and showed up when they said they would. They did a good job.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done quickly and reasonably. We'd definitely use them again.
