+ -1 moreHe was referred to me by my neighbor who went to school with his Dad, so I expected he would be trustworthy and not rip me off either in price or quality of work, which can easily happen in this neighborhood. He apologized for not getting to me right away, although I didn't have to wait long, and it wasn't an urgent matter. I don't know how long he was up on the roof because I had Home Health here and he just went up and went to work and we didn't even hear him. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I have used him once before, I think 2 years prior and I will definitely use him again. I truly value honesty and not taking advantage of the elderly and/or disabled, his integrity is impeccable.
Description of Work: Replaced at least 14 shingles on my roof that had blown off in storm or were curling up badly and could therefore start leaking. I do have a box of shingles in the garage that the previous owner(s) of the home left for me so that helped me considerably with the cost although Danny had to move some things to get to them which I appreciate as I was unable to move anything as I'm disabled.

+ -1 moreHe knew what I wanted, as far as the inspection. But what he put in the report wasn't what he had told me during the inspection. He couldn't email me a copy of the report, had to fax it, which took a week and a half.
Description of Work: I used them to inspect the roof.
