+ -1 moreWe are extremely pleased with the service that Stoner Water/Culligan provided for us. We moved into our house earlier this winter and it has a Culligan system that the previous owners purchased. The gentleman from Culligan tested the system for us, helped us put in new salt, and explained all of the system's features and settings. We feel much more knowledgeable now regarding how to maintain it. In addition, we are hoping to purchase a reverse osmosis system after we sell our prior home. There was no pressure from Culligan for us to purchase this, but he answered all of our questions so that we will be ready to purchase the right unit for us at the right time. Thank you, Culligan!

+ -1 moreWorked quickly and effectively. Took time to show us key parts of the system, explained ongoing maintenance we needed to handle, things to watch out for. The Service Technician was running late - due to unexpected extra time on earlier service calls - but the central dispatch office called us to let us know about the delay...revised the expected arrival time.
Description of Work: inspected our water softener system to ensure it was operating properly. Reset clock on the regeneration control panel. Answered all our questions and provided lots of practical advice about use and upkeep of our system. Provided quotes we requested for under sink drinking water filter systems.
